Have you tried doing a factory reset on them before adding them to the eisy Re: your battery devices with pending writes, manually put them into the linking mode and them click on wrtie updates. You should only have one device in the linking mode at any one time to avoid their link tables becoming cross linked. Being that your zwave network is functioning I doubt that UD Support can help.
  2. It's possible that you may have an eisy firmware issue. What's your eisy firmware version? Probably best to open a support ticket: My Tickets - Universal Devices - The Most Powerful Automation, Energy Management, and IoT Platform
  3. Techman replied to PalChgo's topic in ZMatter
@PalChgo You should first address the pending writes on ZY 101, ZY 102, and ZY 111 as it's possible that they may be adversely effecting your Zwave network. You may have a weak Zwave mesh network and need a range extender to improve it. The Smarthouse is having a sale on Zooz products through July 8th. They have an excellent zwave range extender/amplifier. https://www.thesmartesthouse.com/ The BW8510US (aka ZRC-90US) is Zwave certified so it should be compatible with the eisy. Herer's the link to its certification and additional info: https://products.z-wavealliance.org/products/1526?selectedFrequencyId=2
  4. @hspindel When replacing a PLM it's important to exactly follow the replacement procedure (sere attached). Your previous problem was most likely with the serial to USB cable on your eisy. The 2413U uses a standard USB cable. Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf

Can you post a screenshot of the ZY110 Controller window. It's remote possibility that those pending writes might be causing an issue. You should get that cleaned up. If you're still then having issues with BW8510US I would then exclude it, do a factory reset on it then do an include. Also, don't forget to do a Zwave backup any time you make changes to your Zwave devices as Zwave is NOT included in the regular eisy backup

I noticed you have pending writes to ZY107 and ZY105. Are those your BW8510US? If so, put them into the linking mode, one at a time, and right click on the device and click on write updates. Being that Zwave devices are designed to work with various controllers, the names on its node may not reflect its actual purpose. You might also end up with nodes that you don't need in which case you can create a folder and move them into the folder in order to clean up your device tree.

Are you using the UD Zwave/Matter board in your eisy? Do you have other Zwave devices that are working correctly? In your device tree do you see nodes for the BW8510US?
  8. Techman replied to PalChgo's topic in ZMatter
Are you using an EISY, POLISY or ISY994, and what's the firmware version?
  9. Techman replied to JoelW's topic in eisy
@JoelW Be sure to follow the replace PLM procedure. See attached Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf
  10. Have you tried removing power for about a minute? Does the eisy feel hot or warm to the touch?
  11. Techman replied to dpichow's topic in IoX Support
A couple of things you can try: Enable Automatic DHCP Reboot your ISY
  12. Techman replied to TUhl01's topic in UD Mobile
If UD Mobile is installed andI you're using an Android phone, then go to the Google Play Store and click on "manage apps and device", the update will show if it's available. Current version is 1.2.33 Not sure where the app updates are located on IOS phones
  13. The 170001 is an informational message and may not indicate an error. Do you leave your Admin Console open continously? Take a look at this thread. You may have a program(s) that's using excessive memory Error Log Entry Question - Queue Full - ISY994 - Universal Devices Forum
  14. Take a look at your eisy error log. If you're not sure how to interpret it then post a copy in the forum. Are you on a MAC or PC?
  15. To factory reset the PLM, Unplug it, hold the reset button in, plug the PLM in and continue to hold the reset button in until the beeping stops.
  16. It's possible that either your PLM cable is defective or the PLM died. The button on the PLM is used to factory reset it. Being that the green led is lit, I would first focus on the cable. Have you tried plugging the PLM cable into a different USB port? As a last resort you could replace the PLM with a 2413U which is the USB version that doesn't require the serial cable and uses a standard USB cable
  17. The eisy and the polisy use the same Zwave dongle so there would be no advantage in ypu switching over. What is your Polisy firmware version? What floor is the Polisy located on What floor(s) are your switches on? Zwave is an RF only protocol so having the lights on different circuits would have no effect on the communication between the Polisy and the switches. It sounds like your Zwave mesh network is maginal. I think the Range extender I mentioned in a previous would probably solve your problem Here's a link to a Zwave tutorial: Z-Wave For Consumers - Z-Wave Alliance I've also attached a file that explains the Zwave mesh network ZWAVE network repair.pdf
  18. It's possible that your Zwave and Zigbee antennas might be reversed. Other than that I don't see anything else that could be causing you problems. Is your Polisy located in the open, i.e. not in a metal cabinet.
  19. What Zwave controller is connected to the Polisy, i.e. the UDI Zwave/Zmatter or ?? Are your micro switches embedded in a metal box which is recessed in the walls or ?? What is the make and model of your switches? What type of load is connected to the switches, i.e. LED lights, incandescent lights or ? Are the loads all 120 volt or are they low voltage with a transformer between the lights and the switches?
  20. What is your current Zwave controller? It's possible that your Zwave mesh network is marginal, you may need to add a Zwave range extender Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave Plus Range Extender ZAC38 - The Smartest House
  21. @hspindel Can you access your error log, if so post it. Under TOOLS, DIAGNOSTICS, PLM INFO, does it show the PLM as connected?
  22. @tome If you're still having issues with your heartbeat program, then post a screenshot of the program.
  23. Techman replied to ellisr63's topic in ISY994
You can access the ISY in Windows 11 on your LAN using the IoX Launcher. Without the portal you are limited to local access only. To access your ISY remotely requires the Portal subscription.
  24. @mjohnson007 Take a close look at the device address, sometimes the 8 and the B can be misread. It happens a lot.
  25. What device are you trying to add Are you using the IoX Launcher to access your Polisy Are the other insteon devices in your network dual band? What is the address of the device you're trying to add Under link management, when you click on "NEW INSTEON DEVICE" and add the device address xx.xx.xx what happens?
