@MrEstateManager Your PLM link count of 65 is too low for the number of devices you have.. Most likely when you switched PLMs your link table didn't fully populate Is your USB plm connected to the eisy with a standard USB cable? What is the result when you right click on a device with red explanation marks, then do a restore device? Your firmware and UI are outdated. Before you do any more tweaking, update both as the current firmware contains numerous bug fixes. Be sure to clear your java cache (check all 3 boxes), after the firmware update, then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp

Being that you've tweaked a lot of things it's difficult to assess exactly what the problem is. How are you interfacing the Serial PLM with the eisy? What PLM is currently attached to the eisy? When you click on HELP | ABOUT what is your firmware and UI versions When you click on TOOLS | DIAGNOSTICS | PLM Info, what does it show? When you click on TOOLS | DIAGNOSTICS | SHOW PLM LINKS TABLE, what is the link table count?

You may have a corrupt config file. Clear your windows temporary files, you want to delete the temporary files in the attached screenshot. If that doesn't fix your issue then it's best to submit a support ticket https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets

After you upgraded to 5.8.4 did you clear your java cache and download the IoX Launcher? Also make sure there are no unusual characters in your scene name
-
Are you able to see the scene in your device tree that you're trying to create?

@wrj0 I added some info to my previous post.

Are/Were the audio files that are no longer there files that you uploaded or were they created using the text to speech option? I keep copies of all the MP3 files that I've uploaded to the audio player in a zip file. In the event the audio player gets reset I just upload the zip folder contents. After the 5.8.4 update all my uploaded file were still stored in the audio player. If you're not using the default audio player MP3 storage location that could be problematic.

Did you recently update your controller firmware? Have you tried clearing your java cache and downloading the IoX launcher again

A back up file size of 225KB is about right, 6400KB is not normal
-
Hi Chris, Does this release fix the issue with the bluetooth service losing its setting upon reboot? Backing up 5.8.4 took less than two seconds. Most impressive. I had to check my file list to make sure it actually backed up as I never received a "backing up" notice.

Hi Javi, Ticket submitted. Please let me know if you need any additional info

The manufactures of Z-wave devices usually include nodes that are specific to a controller. It's not unusal to end up with numerous nodes that the UDI controller doesn't use. You'll have to play with all the nodes to find the ones that are applicable to the UDI Controller. Most users create a folder to put the unused nodes in.

Just updated UD Mobile for Android with the latest release Synchronize fails with error message "Could not get node object. Too many rows in cursor2398" The app now opens in the device tree rather than the previous home page. There's a graphic at the top of a window that I dont want. The home button opens to a blank page The automation button opens the previous version home page, plus a graphic at the top, the previous home page icons in the middle and examples at the bottom. I much prefer the previous versions layout which worked well except for a small issue with the favorites moving around when they weren't suppose to.

@Nestor If you followed the migrations instructions, and had a good ISY backup, any issues should be minimal. Eisy:User Guide - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com)

The only problem I've come across with the Multisensor 7 is that the USB socket is right next to the set button. When a USB cable is plugged into the sensor it's almost impossible to use the set button. They recently came out with the Multisensor 8, however I haven't seen one so I don't know if they relocated the set button. You might want to contact Aerotech support and ask them if that issue has been resolved. I use several battery operated Multisensors outdoors under the eaves. They work well and I haven't had any issues with them.

Scenes are more efficient than programs. You would add each device into a scene as a Controller. When a device in a scene, or the scene itself, is turned on or off all the devices in that scene would also turn on or off. Here's a link to a scene tutorial ISY-99i/ISY-26 INSTEON:Working With Scenes - in-depth tutorial - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com)
