AudioPlayer will not start after Big Updates 5.9.1
Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the player. Are you on an eisy or polisy? You can also try rebooting.

AudioPlayer will not start after Big Updates 5.9.1
My audio player works fine after the update. Your issue might be with the YouTube plug in. Are you able to play the default sounds from your audio player?

Is there a way to only select one sensor
Sorry, I didn't notice you were originally referring to airthings. I'm not familiar with it, hopefully someone who is has an answer for you.

Is there a way to only select one sensor
What are you using to view/access your devices, admin console or UD mobile When you mention "account" are you referring to the Portal. Do you mean different controllers, not devices.
-
Is there a way to only select one sensor
If you're referring to devices in the device tree, You can disable a device but you can't hide it What exactly are you trying to do?

ISY994 to eISY migration with ~100 zwave devices
The UD Zwave dongle is backwards compatible. The downside of using a 3rd party zwave controller is you probably won't be able to back up your Zwave network. The UD dongle is zwave certified. If your zwave devices are zwave certified then they should be compatible.

Revert to polisy from EISY: how to do?
Is your Polisy and eisy both running the same firmware and same data file If so, remove power from the PLM and the eisy, wait about 15 seconds then connect the PLM to the eisy, power up the PLM, wait 15 seconds then power up the eisy Let me know if that works.

PLM replacement
Exactly follow the attached procedure to replace your PLM. It's best to do a factory reset on your new PLM before installng it. When you install the new PLM the deleted addresses in your previous PLM will be removed. Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf

IoX Finder
@flsenior The icon that UD installs on your desktop is the IoX Launcher (see screenshot). You should only have the one icon to launch the admin console. Clear your java cache again and then download the launcher from the link I previously provided. The "My ISY" i9s not the correct link. If it's still there after you clear your java cache you should delete it.
-
IoX Finder
When you clear your java cache the IoX Launcher will be deleted. If that's not the case then your cache didn't clear How much RAM memory do you have on your computer? Did you download the IoX Launcher from here? https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp You can also try rebooting the EISY

eisy setup issues (ISY994 migration)
Have you tried using the admin console rather than UD Mobile, and an ethernet connection between the eisy and your router
-
eisy setup issues (ISY994 migration)
@Jimini Here are the migration instuctions for moving from an ISY994 to the EISY. It's probably best to do a factory reset on your EISY prior to the migration. If you're having trouble resetting the EISY try first rermoving power for about 15 seconds. Eisy:User Guide - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki

Admin console keeps logging out
The admin console is not designed to run continiously, but it should stay connected for more than 10 minutes. It's possible that Java is shutting down, or something is interferring with java, which would close the admin console.

IoX Launcher Runs, Finds EISY, But EISY Freezes
In addition to what @paulbates suggested, it's possible that your AV System is creating issues, you might want to put a powerline filter on it.
