  1. Do you see your EISY in your router Is DHCP enabled in your router If you have a firewall, try disabling it. You can also try removing power from your eisy for 15 seconds the boot it up Try rebooting your router. Post a screenshot after you run the IoX Launcher
  2. When you cleared your java cache did you check all 3 boxes What is your EISY firmware and UI versions (in Help about) VPN should be off Is your EISY and Computer on the same network You mention that you can run the admin console from the local network, what are you trying to connect from that's giving you a problem??
  3. Try removing it from your eisy then doing a factory reset on the sensor and a reinstall. Are you using the UDI ZMatter Module, if so are your antennas connected to the correct connector. If the issue still persists then you should probably open a support ticket with UDI https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets
  4. @Chris K Take a look at your device tree, there should be additional nodes containg the data
  5. I'm not sure of any of the other dual band devices indicate Insteon traffic. It's probably a trial and error process.
  6. @someguy Take a look at these two articles regarding Insteon communication problems: INSTEON: Troubleshooting Communications Errors - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki INSTEON Signal / Noise Troubleshooting - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki
  7. Your scene results show that the two devices passed the scene test. When you trigger the scene from the admin console turn on the scene not a device in the scene. If you turn on the light from the switch does the KPL button light? If you press the KPL button does the light turn on?
  8. A lot of the wireless carriers are blocking SMS messages from non wireless devices due to spam issues. I gave uip on SMS and use push email.
  9. @ThisIsTheWay Right click on the scene, then click on Diagnostics | Scene test Post a copy of the test results
  10. @autoperformance Are your ISY994 firmware and UI the same version
  11. Can you post a copy of your error log Whish ISP are you using for your mail server
  12. I would assume that auto would detect if a Zwave/Zigbee controller is connected to the eisy "Off " would disable that function in the controller "On" would enable that function in the controller
  13. @62vetteefp You most likely have a failing PLM, probably best to replace it with your new PLM. Be sure to exactely follow the replace PLM procedure, see attached file Replace PLM.pdf
  14. @Darnok Take a look at this thread Upgraded to Mac OS15.2. Lost ability to open AC....FIXED - eisy - Universal Devices Forum
  15. The 32Gb cards definitely work. I had one in my ISY994
  16. @rayg From the UDI Wiki The ISY994i takes a MicroSD card. The max size is 32GB. Please look for a card with the newer A1 rating (A2 also works, but will fallback to A1 because the ISY994 does not provide hardware support required for A2).
  17. Try rebooting the controller What are your UI and Firmware versions?
  18. @creeble The red exclamation point to the left of a device means the PLM can't communicate with the device. It sounds like you have marginal communications between your ISY and your device(s), take a look at this troubleshooting link. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/INSTEON:_Troubleshooting_Communications_Errors
  19. INSTEON Random All On Events - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki also, if you have any MS their low battery condition can cause an all on event
  20. Do you have the UD Mobile app installed your phone, it has the WiFi configuration/setup for the EISY
  21. Being that you're using a new/different PLM on your EISY you need to exactly follow the replace PLM guidelines for your EISY. See attached The reason nothing is working is because your EISY is currently programmed with the serial PLM and doesn't yet reconize the USB PLM Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf
  22. Clear your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp This will install a new IoX Launcher on your desktop
  23. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Is your eisy currently on ethernet or WiFi
  24. One last thing to try - remove power from the PLM and the ISY. Wait about 30 seconds then power up the PLM, wait about 15 seconds then power up the ISY
  25. I agree with @paulbates, guess I missed your screenshot of the PLM. @62vetteefp Have you tried a restore PLM
