If you did a factory reset on the device(s) before uninstalling it the from the eisy then you should delete the device from your device tree before trying to add it to the eisy again. I would focus on one module at a time, once you get that working go onto the next one. Once you get everything working do a zwave backup If you install a device with S0 security you'll get better range than with S2. It seems that S2 security may be causing your problems. @greensha You have the Zwave/Matter module. In order to remove a zwave device from the eisy, you first have to put the device into the linking mode and then select "remove a device" from the Zwave menu. Also make sure you have the correct antenna connected to the Zwave module
  3. Techman replied to greensha's topic in eisy
@greensha Where do you see "zwave module 21100". The Zwave/Matter module doesn't have a version number. Is this the zwave module you're using? UD Store.url

What's your firmware and UI version? What Zwave controller are you using, Zwave/matter, or ?
  5. I guess your only current option is to set the clock to 12 rather than 24 hours. You can also submit a support ticket and request a fix. https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets

Not knowing what type of remote setup you have on your compter, it's best to do it local

Did you try the default password for the admin console. You can also try clearing your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the admin console launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  8. Try setting your program to 22:00:00 instead of 10:00:00
  9. Techman replied to BRMeeke's topic in eisy
@BRMeeke What do you mean by "I have bounced the ISY several times but no changes." If you did a factory reset then the password would revert to the default admin / admin
  10. @m6bigdog Have you tried replacing the USB cable What is your UI version?
  11. Techman replied to BRMeeke's topic in eisy
Have you tried editing your schedules using the admin console? Post one of the programs you're having issues with. It's possible that you have poor communication between your devices and your controller. What is your firmware and UI versions?

  13. We resumed manufacturing of the Insteon Siren and it is now back in stock! This Siren is must-have in every Insteon home. There is just something about the peace of mind an audible alert brings. The Siren is usually linked to sensors so you get an immediate chime when a side gate is opened or a 115db alarm when motion is detected at night. Also, you can use it to alert you when a medicine or liquor cabinet is opened. As with all Insteon devices, you can manually link the Siren to other devices with just your finger. Or, if you want greater flexibility and control of your devices, the Insteon Hub* together with our Director mobile app gives you access to easier set up and editing of devices and scenes, setting schedules, and adding device-specific notifications. Additionally with a Hub, you can enable voice control and routines within Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
  14. @GSutherland Both your PG3x and your polisy/eisy firmware need updating, it could take up to 30 minutes What are your current UI and Firmware versions? I agree with @Guy Lavoie, you should run the update from the admin console
  15. If the devices are placed in the scenes as controllers along with a specific keypad button, then manually turning on a device would also turn on the keypad button
  16. You need to create a scene for each button and then place the devices in the scene that you want that keypad button to control. You would then have a program turn on or off the scene
  17. After you install the extenders let me know if they solved your problem The zooz 800 serie extenders have a battery backup. If your eisy router and modem are on a ups you can set up notifications to alert you of power failures.
  18. @steve-elves Are the Zwave devices you're having issues with 300, 500, or 700 series? Being that Michel has eliminated possible eisy issues, I would focus on marginal communications between the eisy and your devices. i.e. a zwave device that's noisy or the need for a repeater or two
  19. I don't think the UPS's could be the problem as Zwave is an RF only platform. UPS's are known to create powerline noise which impacts Insteon devices but not Zwave. Have any RF devices been added to the home recently. Another possibility is that there's a defective Zwave device in the mesh network that's causing interference. You can also try adding a zwave repeater/amplifier to your system. Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave Plus Range Extender ZAC38 - The Smartest House
  20. (Forward) Message from Insteon: The On/Off Keypad (6-Button) is back as a permanent fixture in our lineup. Rated at 20A, it is an ideal solution for switching power to non-dimmable lighting (450W LED/CFL or 1800W Incandescent/Halogen), switched outlets, exhaust fans, and other high-current fixtures. It is also your in-wall command center with buttons that can be used to control four other devices - or even groups of devices. For example, with the click of one button, you can turn on all of your family room lights at once. As with all Insteon devices, you can manually link the buttons to other devices with just your finger. Link the buttons to a variety of devices such as a switch or smart plug to give you reliable and convenient connected home control. If you want greater flexibility and control of your devices, the Insteon Hub* together with our Director mobile app gives you access to easier set up and editing of devices and scenes, setting schedules, and adding device-specific notifications. Additionally with a Hub, you can enable voice control and routines within Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
  21. There was a recent minor update For the eisy, you can verify your firmware versions at: eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt The current UDX version is 3.9.0_9 Current ISY version version is 5.9.1_18

Probably best to uninstall, factory reset the shade motor, then try installing again. Make sure you have good Zwave coverage at the shades. Depending on the quality of your zwave mesh network you may need a zwave repeater.
  24. @Javi Sometimes when I play a sound in the Audio Player, it properly executes but I get this error message.
  25. What is your Polisy firmware and UI version? The current version is 5.9.1 What Zwave version module do you have on your ISY, 300 or 500 series? Make sure that Zwave is enabled in your configuration window (see screenshot) I believe the Zooz stick should work but you won't have the Zwave backup option, and you probably won't be able to migrate your existing zwave network to the Zooz stick.
