The very first post of this subforum has links throughout that will take you to the store. Typing ISY store or universal devices store into google will also do the same.
-
It does not work with the 994 the way regular insteon devices do. It will add to it as an unsupported device but you would not get the status of it if manually controlled not can you add it to any scenes
-
Firmware and UI? What did the event show when you set it to level 3? Is it all devices or specific ones? Are you controlling specific devices or scenes
-
If there is, itll be in the nodeserver store. I highly doubt there is one though
-
No. Hue's version of ZigBee is not compatible
-
The owners manual specifically says not to plug it into surge protectors.
-
That's part of your problem right there
-
Nevermind. I was just looking at the timer part.
-
Im just curious but how is this different than using your udi system to set timers?
-
You're not supposed to unzip the file. Simply download it, go to your isy and follow the upgrade steps.

I hardwire everything that I can. Like Tech man said, It gives you the most stable connection

Unless you see a statement from Michel or any other UDI employee, all we can do on here is speculate as Brian has already alluded to in his original statement as well as his follow up to your response. Michel has stated the zmatter board is zigbee based and it will support Zigbee 3.0. As already stated by other members here, zigbee is a mess. Anyone can use the technology however they please. Because of that, it can potentially be a crapshoot whether or not something works with it and what features are supported even if it does work. For example, the hue bridge will allow you to add some devices to it for control. However, its usually basic on/off control while other capabilities are left out such as color changing capabilities.

Do you mean isy? Eisy is brand new
-
Never have I said I was a spokesperson for them. I've just learned to use my brain and im willing to go to the source vs coming up with the most ridiculous thing I can think of.
-
and any of your posts does? Last I checked, the op posted about eisy NOT the zmatter module.
-
When did UDI say it was unobtainable? Anything said on here is pure speculation on memebers. Companies run out of product regularly.
-
You may have to remove and re-add to see it as a dimmer. Historically, we've had to remove devices that were already in the isy once firmware updates added new attributes

PG3(x) Newbie - Why should I be interested in PG3(x)
lilyoyo1 replied to j.rieff's topic in Polyglot v3 (PG3x)
If you're satisfied with operating your house the way you currently do then you pg3x would'nt be of interest. If you want the benefit of integrating your devices into 1 ecosystem in order to automate and integrate with other devices then it becomes a necessity -
As long as you use the zwave only firmware on your isy and disconnect your plm from it, both can run at the same time
-
Their new line can be upgraded. During testing they took advantage of it.... we'll see how often it's used now that it's in the wild
-
It couldn't be done with the isy so i assume it would be the same with the eisy. You may be able to add the eisy as a secondary controller

Other than googling your question and sifting through the results, there isn't a single source that's readily answers what you're asking. In regards to why some mfg have codes and others don't comes down to the generation of the devices (ie: 700 vs 300) and whether they choose to implement it or not. Only the mfg. can answer that last one

He's no longer maintaining this nodeserver. You'll want to contact Bob @bpwwer

Couldve reversed engineered it which is something udi said that they would not do
