  1. You can also contact insteon support directly and ask. They would have the most update information, especially since they are a new company now.
  2. He says it's definive since the 2477d is dual band. Not only does the website show it as such (false advertising) but a simple internet search of insteon's website shows it as well. They haven't used dual band on the labels in quite some time.
  3. I've never scene buttons just disappear. I suspect they were moved accidentally at some point. Try right clicking on the device and choose group devices to see if that pulls all the nodes together
  4. PG3 allows developers to make money off their work so there is a charge for many PG3 node servers though some are free. There is no set fee so developers are able to set their own price. I don't use either one of those node servers so i can't answer your questions. Unifipresence is on PG2. You can download that for free and test it in the meantime to see if it does all that you would need it to do for your system.
  5. It sound alike your polisy has its free account activated. You may want to submit a ticket to have the other one transferred if the instructions do not allow you to do so (I didn't have issues when I transferred mine
  6. Yes what? Which is it?
  7. Your Isy or polisy already has a license?
  8. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Z-Wave:_Ordering/Assembly_Instructions
  9. Being that the software is the same across devices, I suspect it'll be the same as it is now for the 300-500 board. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Z-Wave:_Ordering/Assembly_Instructions. Once ready- I'm sure UDI will be more specific with instructions.
  10. Its possible but not guaranteed. If you read and follow the directions completely, you'll minimize the chances for issues as well as know how to fix them if some should arise.
  11. There is no best way. The best way is what fits what you're trying to do. Your 3rd option doesn't work though for 3 ways yes it's possible to set different levels for each device
  12. Factory reset the switch. Then right click on the device in the admin console and restore
  13. Is there a question that you're asking?
  14. While I separate my off actions from my on, you can also do it in 1 program in addition to Mr bill's method by using or else. Or else wait 5 minutes and turn off lights
  15. It's possible but would probably be better to fix the issues you're having. What's the UI of your isy
  16. It would be nice but probably has limited ROI since one could simply manually factory reset the device and restore it (which should give better results). If a person has to do a full system that way, chances are they have bigger issues and should be seeking direct help from UDI.
  17. You don't have an upgrade option under help like the Isy
  18. Have you tried putty and the information that Bumbershoot provided to see the os that you're on?
  19. Existing setups still work. New setups do not. New setups require the home assistant api
  20. I'm not going to rehash the differences since there are at least 2 dozen posts chronicling the differences over the past year. I've linked the most recent one from last week to help you out.
  21. No there is not. At most you can import other linked devices as you add devices to the Isy. This method would be the fastest in getting devices into the isy. With that said, most who go this route end up with issues as well as spending more time trying to clean things up than they would've had they factory their devices and set them up 1 at a time with s clean install
  22. https://www.universal-devices.com/product/zmatter-z-wave-matter-module-for-polisy-beta/
  23. Looks like the same link used for developers from the Polisy page. Either it wasn't removed by accident or they forgot to embed the link. @Michel Kohanimwould be able to fix it either way
  24. You didn't link to the specific statement so i can't be certain what you're talking about. The only discount I'm aware of that sounds like the statement you made is for developers to help set them up to develop node servers for the isy
  25. It's not a prompt. You have to choose it under the file tab like you do with restore plm
