It will. That's why I mentioned it. You would need to add the zwave board to the Isy Your only other option based on what you stated would be eBay
-
If you have zwave, you can add a zwave outdoor plug-in adapter. Ditto for a motion sensor as well if you want motion control. Google zwave outdoor motion sensor and outdoor plug in module and they'll show up. If you want insteon, you'll have to go to eBay. They do not have a dimmable outdoor unit though have a dimmable receptacle (not outdoor rated) Unfortunately I'm not aware of any that are dimmable

Support thread for: ISY on Polisy (IoP) v5.4.4 (May 25, 2022)

I'd submit a ticket. I know a few people bricked their polisy units using ssh. -
Support thread for: ISY on Polisy (IoP) v5.4.4 (May 25, 2022)

I used it to upgrade mine and it did it. I cleared Java afterwards and it showed properly -
Personally, I'd get polisy or wait for the eisy to be released. Both will allow for greater zwave control and functionality long term. I'm regards to availability, you're better off contacting UDI directly. While they are still making 994zw devices, I highly doubt they're placing sizeable orders since the 994 is no longer their focus with their new controllers out/or coming out

Zwave devices as controllers are complicated as not all devices can be added as a controller. Unfortunately this is mfg. dependant and different models (even from the same mfg.) can have different capabilities. Either way, what you're trying to do is not possible on 4.9. You'll need to upgrade your zwave board to at least the 500 series and upgrade your isy to 5.3.4 to even have the chance for it to be possible with your particular devices.

There are alot of bug fixes in Polisy that needs to be done so its something that you should do anyway. Im not home myself to look at the prices nor would I take the time for something that can just as easily be done by yourself. Someone else may chime in with the exact prices for you however. In general- Most node servers are from Free to 75 bucks or so. The more popular ones such as Ecobee, Harmony, Sonos can cost towards the higher side.
-
Dont you already have a polisy? Its just as simple for you to log into pg3 using the link that Geddy provided and seeing what those and any others you may potentially want costs.
-
Everything is a different price. You access the store via PG3 interface. Current supported nodes are found on the forum under PG3

Your address is either typed incorrectly or its not in linking mode during the pairing process. Also, make sure that your UI matches your firmware

Ive never seen that either though its been years since ive used a Schlage lock. I didnt find anything online either. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say there is corruption in its memory/programming somehow. Schlage CS would probably be your best bet

Unplugging USB Dongles from Polisy - Zooz or 2448A7
lilyoyo1 replied to JTsao's topic in IoX Support
I would unplug your Polisy before unplugging either USB device from polisy. Since the PLM and zwave dongle needs to be connected at bootup in order to be recognized, I'd reboot/power cycle -
yes

10% isnt much of a change. For example, if the sunlight coming into your house is 110 lux- is it really dark enough to warrant turning on the lights at 99lux. With such a small window, you'll be cycling the lights off and on constantly. When it comes to luminosity, I prefer something that provides more accuracy such as the aeotec tri-sensor. Because I can use actual values in my programs, I can set the lights to turn on when the light drops below a certain threshold and off should it go above a certain threshold (if on).

What causes the music to play? Is it the on/off module being on or the network resource itself? What I would do is remove the network resource line from the program and manually turn on the module to see what happens. Since you didnt post your programs or give any details about your system, we are limited in assistance. I suspect your program is using the status of the module being on (which is why 2 different modules are causing the same issue). By using status, the NR would run anytime the module was on regardless of how it was turned on. Typically, the isy does not see commands originating outside of it so the status of your module would not update. This tells me that there is something within your programming causing the issue (could be an old program or device is part of another scene). Does the kpl turn on as well when it happens? The more information you provide us the better we can assist you in figuring out your issue

Did you set the parameters for the sensor as outlined in the owners manual? Once you do that and it's reporting properly, you can write programs to accomplish whatever you're trying to do.

@simplextech I hope all is well. Is it possible to add Night mode to the Sonos Node server

Follow the factory reset instructions from the wiki. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Resetting_Your_ISY

I think the problem is that it skews so far towards a programming tool that it leaves so much to be desired from a simplicity standpoint which is a turnoff for those who desire a decent looking interface to simply control their devices. I downloaded the app when it was first in beta and was put off by the design that i deleted the app. It's not my intention to offend anyone but it looks like a programmer designed it for programming not for usability. It's extremely utilitarian. Here are screen shots comparing one designed for use and UD Mobile (from Google store):

I agree 100% with this.
