Nope. Working here. Sometimes Echo reports no devices found, but finds them anyway. Did you search for the new device/scene/program? BTW, I usually use the device count as an indicator.

The portal will find your devices and scenes when first installed. After that, you need to manually add or delete devices and/or scenes.
