I was about to include a new device and suddenly the system went busy and the Event Viewer stays on Refreshing Event Viewer. I have rebooted the system several times but still the same. I even tried to restore latest backup but still same result. Is there a way to set eisy to factory default and then do a restore of latest backup or even of the migration backup ?

Yes, that is what I use Inovelli for as well, but now other brands have this feature.

I deleted the Polisy from system and it no longer shows, but somewhere/somehow UD mobile seems to be looking for it.

My Inovelli switches work ( I am no longer a fan of Inovelli) and most of my battery ZWave devices work, but not all. The HA could be an issue with battery ZWave devices. When I have some time, I will try exclude/include to see if that allows the ISY integration to work with HA.

That was the first thing I did and actually 3 times. It did not resolve the problem. @shbatm identified the problem and I hope that it can be resolved soon.

I have two of these ZOOZ Z-WAVE PLUS 700 SERIES REMOTE SWITCH ZEN34 (BATTERY POWERED) devices. They worked well in Polisy and generated Scene nodes that were easy to use. After migration there are no Scene nodes only : ZY XXX Basic Control ZY XXX Wall Controller ZY XXX Wake Up I did a synchronize with interview but that did not change anything. In Zwave X-Ray I see that there are Scene links but I dont understand why there were Scene nodes in Polisy and not in eisy. I read on the Zooz website that this switch can also be used with Direct Association and I believe that the new ISY firmware and/or ZMatter board allow for DA. I just don't know how to try this out.

As I asked you in our PM, if this is only the 2 devices would it make sense to exclude and include these ?

Could it be related to the Polisy that I deleted from UD Mobile ?

The one important fact you should know that if migration fails, then you can still use your Polisy with your latest backup. HOWEVER, you can not have eisy and Polisy powered on at the same time. I believe that the migration option in the Polisy AC only appears with 5.5.3 . This being said my firmware upgrade to 5.5.3 was easy speezy by just clicking on upgrade packages.

After the migration I found myself with well over 100 "devices" in Alexa from Polisy. The routines in Alexa were still looking for the ZW devices instead of ZY. Removing those ZW devices one by one was too much so I removed all devices from Alexa. In ISY Portal, though the Alexa devices had migrated from Polisy to eisy they were still ZW, so I also deleted all Alexa devices, variables etc. and slowly add the new ZY devices and variables again. After removing all devices from Alexa, I must edit my routines and I need help with the following : I have a ISY program that depending on a condition in IF, sets a State variable to 1 and then Alexa when it detects that variable to be 1 makes an announcement. Now I forgot how to do that exactly. I believed that in ISY Portal I add that variable as a motion sensor with motion detection at 1, then in the routine when it detects that variable as 1 it does the action. But now it does not work. I know that in the past someone guided me but I forgot to keep those instructions.

When clicking on Migration in Polisy AC Configuration, I selected option 2 while I should have selected option 1

I am very pleased that, with great help from UD Support, I was able to migrate from Zooz on Polisy to ZMatter on eisy. Some comments : Largely most of my Zwave and Kasa devices migrated without issues. 1 Aeotec plugin switch did not, but I suspect that this is because security required the pin code. I did a factory default of the switch and then included with the pin code. 1 wall dimmer switch acts weirdly, going up and down. I will do an exclude and include. All battery devices initially were marked as disabled but enabled by themselves when activated. The Lifx Node Server does not work. I had added my Polisy node servers to PG3 on eisy in the same slots, using trial subscriptions. When I did the ISY Portal migration of the Node Server licenses it seems to have rejected that transfer of the trial node servers. I will asks UD Support for help with that migration. It appears that I need to make adjustments in Alexa as (some ?) voice commands no longer work. However a ISY program generated command to make Alexa to say something does work. The migration created a large number of new nodes for my +/- 80 Zwave devices. I have not had time to look at this in detail, but I think that some of these nodes can be used for ZWave Scenes. After trying to migrate myself, I was no longer able to login to PG 3 (eisy) on none of my 3 of my computers and using different browsers. Michel helped me to resolve this but then later same problem again. After Chris helped with migration, this issue seems to have been resolved. Home Assistant : Before the migration, I had been using eisy separately with two Zwave devices. Both my Polisy and eisy were working fine with HA, but after the migration the eisy no longer does. @shbatm is trying to help me. Even though the migration was a bit frustrating and time consuming, and needed valuable help from UD (world's best support), the result is satisfying. I am keeping my Polisy in place (unplugged) for a few days for just in case and will put in a closet for standby. I look forward to make use of current and future eisy enhancements.

Makes sense but I already ordered the wall connector and now I'm looking for an installer. A more expensive option but I'm ok with that
