did you try a reboot and / or power cycle ? -
I just completed several succesful backups in my IoP.

I received my board but will wait with installation till UD has reviewed all above comments and let us know how to proceed.

I am all FOR subscription fees as I want the developer to be motivated to support the Node Server and update it as necessary.

That was exactly my point....... Insteon is (was) better than Zwave, but the latter survives. -
We all need to make up for you...

You can have 232 Zwave devices (and maybe even more). I have some 80 Zwave devices. -
I have not had major issues with GE/Jasco switches that I have but over time I moved first to Inovelli, then to Homeseer and now mostly to Zooz. Inovelli (as their name suggests) was innovative but their settings are different from most Zwave switches and I have had too many issues with Inovelli switches. Furthermore the company is moving away from Zwave and now focuses on Zigbee. I still use some Homeseer dimmers as I have programmed their sentinels to show me the status (On or OFF) of other devices in my home. lately I am concentrating on Zooz as their switches are good and are Zwave 700.

Harmony Hub, Polygot 3 on Polisy Pro - Unable to Start

To open a ticket go to https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets/ . This forum is mostly for user-to-user support, though it is often monitored by UD, but to open a ticket go the link.- 1 reply

I don't contest @lilyoyo1 in that an option (for annual) in IoP would be the best solution, but I may disagree with you on the use of node servers. I use several and rarely have problems. In fact, I have never seen a time-lag issue with a Node server. The only time-sensitive Node server that I use (Holydays Google) correctly changes status at midnight. I used to have some issues with this in the past, but no longer.
-
I have not used the Time-Date Node server for quite a while, but would it not solve the issue ?

Firing at Amazon has started ? 🙄

Same here
-
Same but Alexa works
-
No, it is a new product that will replace Polisy (which replaced ISY994i). It is coming out in a few weeks and will be compatible with Matter, as well as ZWave and Zigbee. It is also more powerful.

@TRI0N This is my take..... Maybe a different attitude would help. You found your way to this forum and it is a great place to stay informed on anything UD. Now, get off the high horse and open a ticket so that UD can help you.

Have you tried opening a ticket ? UD's customer service is superb.
