For past couple of days, some of my Kasa devices do not work in IoP, but do work in Kasa App. When I restart the Kasa NS, these devices work again in IoP. Any idea what this could be ?

I am wondering how this catch up schedules at restart works. Let's say that I have a program that starts at sunrise and this program has several steps after a set number of minutes and ends at sunsrise plus 1 hour. If I manually restart, for whatever reason, the ISY (or IoP) at sunrise plus 30 minutes, will the 'catch up' restart the program from the beginning, at the state it is supposed to be at that time, or not restart at all ? I am asking this because I have noticed that after restarting the IoP I have lights going on that I was not expecting to go on, and I am suspecting that the system is catching up.

I did not properly read your post (sorry) and had tried that address in my browser. Just now I added the https:// url/desc in the launch windows and it says that it is not found. Even though it worked again about an hour ago, right now again the 'cloud' option does not work.

I changed IP address in PG2 to the Polisy. I don't know whether this is related at all, but now I can again open the "cloud" launcher.

Hi Michel When I enter that it opens PG version 2, with message that no ISY is connected (which makes sense as I now only use Polisy).

Since yesterday I can only launch the AC from LAN and no longer from Cloud. What can this be ? I noticed that I can not (no longer) reboot ISY from PG3 - System. Could that be a related issue ?

Remember that I am not very techie, but we are told that the new Z-Matter board works with Matter. Therefore UD's solution is hardware based rather than a "Node server" type of solution. I take it that any Matter compatible device will work with the new board.

Are you sure about that and what about the PG3 Settings-Backup ? How will we transfer (Zwave) from Polisy to Z-Matter board ?

It could well be the Zooz 700 dongle. I hope that it will hold until I get the UD new Z-Matter board.

Thank G'd I have not had this issue for several weeks and I don't really know what the cause was (is). All I know that all 3 times, it was resolved after numerous reboots.

Thanks. I don't have the Zen25. My only concern is for my Zooz dongle to survive till I get the easy and that is why I want to backup the stick. What I have seen so far, making that backup is tricky.

Hi Michel I will send you again the error log, though I am not sure that it show anything as I restarted IOP several times so no sure that anything remains in the log. Anyway the system is back on again and my real question was not so much to update the Zooz dongle because hopefully eisy will come in November and I am traveling most of October. My real concern is to backup the Zooz dongle for safety reasons if anything (more serious) goes wrong. I have seen the backup instructions, posted by some in this forum, but it is a bit complicated for me. I will need time to understand how to perform the backup and may have to wait till I come back from my trip.

What is the difference between : (1) Restart IOP in Admin Console configuration and (2) Reboot iSY iin PG 3 -System ? For the 3rd time I had my Zwave dongle not responding (*) and, again, it took me more than 5 IOP restarts to get the system working again. (*) When that happens, in my Portal account the ISY shows as not connected, while it does show connected in PG3..
