  1. @bpwwer, thank you! Re-install was successful.
  2. Thanks @bpwwer, Here is a bit of the PG3 Log. The only error I can see is: 9/19/2022, 17:05:07 [pg3] error: [August(10)] :: STDERR: python3: can't open file '/var/polyglot/pg3/ns/000db9561078_10/./august_poly.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory I already tried to re-install but no improvement. Log attached August NS restart.txt
  3. @automationgeek, I did the 3.1.8 PG3 upgrade today. All of my NSs started except the August Lock NS. It will not start and is not producing a log file so I can't provide any more information. I've tried deleting it and re-installing but no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
  4. pg3_9-19-2022_14803_PM.zippg3_9-19-2022_14803_PM.zipI did exactly the same step as @wrj0 did above but now none of the NS will run. I have tried to restart PG3 and individual NSs but no luck. Suggestions? Thanks. Partial log attached, the whole file was too big. Update: I opened a ticket based on @bpwwercomment below. Based on @JimboAutomatescomment above I re-ran the upgrade and many of the NSs restarted successfully. I reinstalled one which fixed that one but the last one (August Lock) will still not run. I'll also note that the AC is running very sluggishly. pg3-current.zip
  5. Thank you!!!
  6. Sorry if this is covered somewhere but I looked and couldn't find it. The iOS app store shows that I am running the latest version but the version is 0.8.4 which is not the latest. How do I update to the latest version? Do I need to use TestFlight? Thank you.
  7. Strange problem. Maybe try deleting the portal scenes one at a time and see if it stops.
  8. @tazman, Just one more thing to break...
  9. @tazman, If you can't wait for a PG3 solution, there is an integration on Home Assistant for Vue. I don't use HA but I thought I'd try it to see if it worked. It was pretty easy to setup and it works as advertised. I created a quick automation to notify my phone when the dryer stopped. A friend asked if I could create notifications for her washer and dryer and I have been trying to come up with a simple solution. Rpi and a Vue would do the trick. As I understand it there is an ISY integration that allows data to flow between ISY and HA. No expert here, I now have about 60 min of experience with HA!
  10. Same here. Tag updates also late. Interestingly if I can update them manually without issue.
  11. @kzboraywill likely need to jump back in here to help you. Did you notice if there were any error messages when you ran this command: curl -s https://pkg.isy.io/script/update121.sh | sudo bash
  12. You can do it! If you have a windows computer just follow @kzboray detailed instructions above. If you hit a problem just come back to the thread.
  13. The NS needs the cloud to communicate to your ecobee
  14. I use NodeLink for logging. You can log devices, programs and variables. The log is written to every time there is a change. I was tracking my heating system run time and use the log data in an excel file to do the calculations. NodeLink is a node server but is not available on Polyglot. I run in on a RPi. It's also a great aid in debugging when programs are not doing what you want them to.
  15. Hi @JimboAutomates, I just double checked and when I'm in 'cool' the setpoint up/down controls in the AC on the ecobee node adjust the heat setpoint not the cool. 3 vs 4 commands, I don't really have a preference as I don't use 'auto'. Either way you choose the other method could be accomplished programmatically.
  16. From the actual thermostat, when I put my thermostat in Auto the heat and cool setpoints are still set independently. I would expect the same behavior from the Node Server. Each setpoint would to be set individually. However, I think you're right there might be a bug here. In Auto the Setpoint Up and Setpoint Down controls only effect the heat set point. If you put the thermostat in Cool the Setpoint controls still only control the heat set point. @JimboAutomatesyou should weigh in on this.
  17. Did you look at the log for the Hue NS on PG3? Any obvious errors? Also, you don't need to plug the PLM into your Polisy
  18. Funny, that was my first thought too...
  19. Is anyone else unable to connect to the Wireless Tag Server? It looks like it's been offline for about 11 hours. Tried a manager reboot but no luck.
  20. I think @hart2hartanswered your questions already. I also use the DLS software, it is way easier than programming from a keypad, except for simple changes. I have the touchscreen keypad, it is very nice, I have done simple changes from that. Good luck with your ELK, maybe you would need to worry about a switch.
  21. I use DSC with ISY and it integrates easily. There is a Node Server available for Polisy to integrate DSC into the ISY Admin Console. You can also use another software package called NodeLink. That is what I am using, it works great and predated the NS availability so I just stuck with it. I use it to incorporate zone status into programs and use the programmable outputs to control my garage doors. I needed to purchase a 3rd party network interface (Envisalink) to allow the DSC to be attached to the network. My DSC is PowerSeries Control Panel PC1864. I never used ELK so I can't compare them.
  22. There is a node server called 'Virtual". Maybe that's what you saw? https://github.com/markv58/Virtual I don't think that will help your logging problem however. I use NodeLink for logging. To use it you have to run it on another device, I use a RPi but it runs on Windows too.
  23. I should be tagged with an "assist" not the solution. That goes to @io_guy for developing the app for all of us!!
  24. Glad you got it working. It's a great addition to your ISY environment.
  25. Yes, you said that, I included the port number in case you no longer had access to the non-redacted version. 8090 is the std port for NodeLink, common knowledge. Can you access the browser interface?
