After purchasing the updated EISY about a month ago, I have tried often on to get it set up. I’m not able to, and I default back to my ISY set up.

 

After purchasing the updated EISY about a month ago I have tried often on to get it set up. I’m not able to and I default back to my ISY set up

 

So far what seems to be the biggest issue is that once I do the install it brings over all the devices, etc. but it continually goes through a loop of rebooting. Also, on the mobile app, it will bring over the devices but not control anything.
 

Remove power from the EISY, then power it up, wait a minute, then press the front button ONCE. Wait about 10 minutes while the eisy updates.

Are you using the same PLM for both the ISY994 and the EISY?

What is the firmware version on your ISY994?

 

Yes same PLM for both. ISY994 5.3.4

@Glynr What is the firmware on the eisy?

That should be brought up to current release for IoX to have a successful migration. There were some issues in earlier versions of IoX that created problems when migrating.

Are you migrating any Z-Wave devices?

link in prior post takes you to the "Current Release" area of the forums. This is the list of all current releases. Looks like 5.5.9 is current release for IoX (eisy/Polisy).
