bmercier
Hello everyone, This is the support thread for PG3x v3.2.8. Link to comment
kzboray
Upgraded Polisy IoX 5.7.0, PG3x 3.2.4, OS 13.1 to IoX 5.7.0, PG3x 3.2.8, OS 13.2 Took about 5 minutes with two reboots that happened automatically. No issues on restart. Link to comment

kzboray
AC upgrade Packages. I haven't used SSH since 5.5.x 2 Link to comment
mbking
Update process was clean, but all my IoX programs were disabled after the update. That's a little strange since the update was for PG3. Easy fix. Link to comment

Using ssh to upgrade is not recommended. The admin console Configuration tab is the recommended method for upgrading to make sure all required packages are upgraded/installed and in the correct order. 1 Link to comment

Were you running a 5.6.x version or had you already updated to IoX 5.7.0? The programs disabling is a "known" issue in the 5.7.0 update and UDI is trying to fix. Glad you've fixed it. Just for reference can you go to this link in a browser and report the IoX/ISY Version? https://eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt (If Polisy replace eisy with Polisy or use your device's IP address in place of "eisy.local") Looking for: 5.7.0_1 (or greater...as of now I think only _1 is released) Link to comment

Using the link you provided (thanks for that), It shows version 5.7.0_1 installed on Sept 16th. 1 Link to comment
Geddy
@mbking interesting that it's still happening then. I think UDI was hoping the _1 kept that from happening. Would you open a support ticket for this issue and see if they can track what might have happened or use your case as more investigation? Download an error log from your IoX process when you can and include that in the ticket. https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets Link to comment

Mine states <upgradeStatus>inactive</upgradeStatus>. inactive is good. This means it's at the latest release and no more actions are required. If a reboot was required, which we suspect is the case in mbking's situation, we would see it there. Link to comment

vbPhil
My POLISY upgrade to 3.2.8 completed without a hitch. The OS was also upgraded to 13.2 from 13.1 and ISY to 5.7.0_1 from 5.7.0. There could have been more changes but the layout of sysyconfig.txt also changed so it's a little difficult to compare the before and after. https://polisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt I have all my ISY programs disabled anyway so I can't say if they were affected. Also, not using any Node Servers so I see no problems there. Link to comment
Michel Kohanim
@vbPhil, The laytout of sysconfig.txt has changed and sensitive information has been removed. With kind regards, Michel 2 Link to comment

Athlon
Updated this morning - it went smoothly. I do have a question about the instruction process I saw here: In step 2 it is recommended we do a Z-Wave backup: *** 2. Run IoX Backup (NOTE: if running Z-Wave run Z-wave backup first then IoX backup) Menu -> Z-Wave -> Backup -> Click "Yes" to update/replace Z-Wave backup *** I do not have that option - Am I missing something? tlightne
Are you running the Zmatter board or another Zwave stick? Are your Zwave devices named ZWXXX or ZYXXX? Link to comment

tlightne
The Zwave backup option is only available on Polisy/Eisy when you have the Zmatter board from UD. 1 1 Link to comment
