rick.curl Posted November 9, 2023 Posted November 9, 2023 I just attempted to add a Leviton DZPA-1 ON/OFF receptacle to my system and the system gets stuck adding a device to the Z-wave network. I tried another device and I got the same thing. I have other DZPA-1's in my network and I was able to add them with no trouble at all, so I know they are compatible. At this point it looks like I have lost the ability to add Z-wave devices. I can control Z-wave devices so that would imply that the dongle is working. I tried unplugging and re-plugging the Z-wave/Zigbee dongle and then restarting IoX, but it did not help. I'm running IoX 5.7.0. Any suggestions? Thanks. -Rick
DennisC Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Did you try excluding before trying to include? Try adding with the event log open and set to level3. It might give you a hint to what is going on. 1

In case it was the DZPA1 at fault, I tried to add a Minoston MP20Z and it failed too.

I have had a ton of problems adding Minoston devices unless they are really close to the dongle, both the Zmatter and the Zooz 700 series.
