I've switched and it said ISY is now offline. I'm not sure how to get the EISY online with my portal

Stupid me. I was looking on the GUI itself.

I'm unclear what my EISY's UUID is?

I see a UUID under About on the GUI but it says ISY beside it, not EISY

In admin console look at Help -> About

It's also in the ISY Finder window.

Got it. Now I'm at this point.

in Admin Console click on "Configuration" tab then "Portals" and it should be able to approve there.

I've approved it and I'm not online yet. It says to reboot but I cant as the ISY says its not online to reboot.

Do I just unplug it and plug it in (plugging in the PLM first and waiting and then plugging in the EISY)

 

Online. Rebooted from  the Portal. 

(I need to think of that first before I ask but for some reason I go to the GUI and the app first)

We have seen this a few times with upgrades, it is usually related to UD Mobile being linked to the ISY994 not eisy.  Since ISY994 can no longer install/purchase new modules UD Mobile cannot automatically add the ISY994 to Portal.
