Polisy to eisy

I hae Insteon and some Z-wave devices (using the Zooz 700 USB stick) on a polisy.  Do I need to upgrade to eisy?.  My program is fairly simple, a dozne or so Insteon, half dozen Z-wave and a few KASA devices.
