October 3Oct 3 On ud mobile I have nodes for my Elk. They are set to display armed status and alarm status. Instead they show a number. It used to work. I believe it stopped working when I upgraded my eisy to 6.0. This is both on Android and iOS. Like right now the system should read armed night, no alarm active. Instead I have a 4 and 0 respectively on each of the two nodes. @Jimbo.Automates Edited October 3Oct 3 by apostolakisl

October 19Oct 19 I'm having the exact same issue with my Elk-M1 on my iphone since the upgrade. I'm also having connection issues.
November 28Nov 28 I have a similar issue except my polisy is on 5.9.1 (did no upgrade to 6 yet). The default ElK commands display numbers instead of the labels. On the default ELK tile, the Commands for Set Armed Status displays a list of numbers. Makes it almost impossible to manage arming and disarming from the phone -
Saturday at 02:20 AM5 days As per my conversation earlier this week with UD support, they should have a firmware upgrade early next week that they hope will address this issue and some others. For now, the best you can do is add names to your favorite status tiles in UD Mobile to match the Elk action. The actual name would be added to Set Formatted Value.See this post for an example:
Tuesday at 08:12 PM1 day There is an update to udx (v4.2.0) that corrects the Elk Plugin from displaying names instead of numerical values in UD Mobile & eisy-ui. It is available from the upgrade packages in the admin console. After the upgrade, the values are displaying correctly , as I indicated above. However, after deleting Java files and downloading a new start.jnlp, the Launcher will no longer save to the desktop. While I suspected this for awhile, I also was able to confirm that after the upgrade, signing in to eisy-ui the first time, disconnects the Elk Plugin. The Elk Plugin then reconnects. Signing in a second time shortly after has no impact on the plugin. As a follow up, I went back and deleted Java files again (3rd time) and re-downloaded start.jnlp. This time the Launcher was added to my desktop without issue. Edited Tuesday at 08:36 PM1 day by DennisC Added info, follow up.
Tuesday at 10:45 PM1 day Author @DennisC Thanks for the info. I can confirm that it is fixed. i did the update and all is well again on that front. I did not have any of the other issues you refer to. My IOX launcher still works like normal.EDIT: I don't seem to be able to login into PG3x. I tried admin/my not portal password, admin/admin, and email/portal password.I also can't login into eisy-ui. Won't accept the portal username/password.I can login into portal using portal user/pass and I can login into admin console using both the local port 8080 user/password and the portal user/password@Javi Edited Tuesday at 11:04 PM1 day by apostolakisl

Just got to do it on faith I guess. It doesn't show what will update. The EISY web page - system shows versions and updates and it was not listed there.....
