Sunday at 12:02 AM2 days @Javi Would it be possible to add an "ALL OFF" command to UDMOn rare occasions when I have a battery operated device that has a low battery it triggers an all on event, and I have to go into the Ihe admin console to use the all off command.
Sunday at 03:00 AM2 days You could create a "all off" scene with everything you want turned off as responders.
Sunday at 06:53 PM1 day Author @Javi @Guy Lavoie @IndyMike @xlurkr @paulbates @TJF1960 Thank you all for your suggestions. I think the only resolution is an all off command like the one at the bottom of the device tree. The all on I'm experiencing, which is caused by a low battery condition in a Insteon device(s), and is usually a partial all on. usually in the devices on the same circuit breaker near the battery operated device. The last one was caused by a hidden door sensor which does not report battery state. The eisy doesn't reflect the state of those devices which turned on. I'm not sure if the partial all on is going through the (USB) PLM or is just seen as a on command / line noise by the surrounding devices I have too many device nodes to incorporate in a scene. I think I'm eventually going to have to phase out all my Insteon battery devices for Zwave devices which report battery levels.

It generates identical commands in the event viewer.
Sunday at 08:24 PM1 day @Techman , I misunderstood the request. You are trying to send all off to the ISY scene. We do not show this scene in UDM as it would likely cause confusion. The work around used by @IndyMike sends the same command to the ISY Scene.
Sunday at 08:34 PM1 day Author @IndyMike In the eisy 6.0.4 firmware "My Lighting" doesn't appear as an option.
Sunday at 08:49 PM1 day It may be a different name like "ISY" or "IoX" depending on when the original file was created or if renamed. Icon should look like a monitor.
Sunday at 09:05 PM1 day Author @Javi It's not there, in either UDM or the admin consoleMy "query all" program which had the "ISY" is now missing the ISY
Sunday at 09:30 PM1 day Author @Javi @IndyMike I found it was buried in the my scenes. If i'm not mistaken it used to be in the device list.
Sunday at 10:19 PM1 day 1 hour ago, Techman said:My "query all" program which had the "ISY" is now missing the ISY@Techman this caught my attention...I ran to check mine and it still shows for my program and I'm on "isy-6.0.4_1" (from https://eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt). But I'm only looking in Java Admin Console. Haven't messed with eisy-ui or UDM in a while and never looked at Programs in those. Sounds like you found it though and can recreate the program, but you worried me that it might have gotten corrupted in an update. Last I recall a comment from UD was that it's not needed (the query program), but my concern was that it was originally there to bring battery device status in sync when the query runs. Since it's not included in Polisy or eisy by default...users have to add it back manually if they want it. I wonder if not having it causes any issues. I don't have any Insteon battery devices so not too concerned with it.
Sunday at 10:35 PM1 day Author @Geddy What was confusing is that the "ISY"used to show up in the device tree. Now the only way to access is via a program which lists the "ISY" in the list of scenes. It no longer appears in the device tree.I still run the query all program at 3 am, and created another program which set the ISY off in the event of an all on.

It no longer appears in the device tree.I'm not sure I follow. But I don't often look for the isy/eisy device itself. It's always listed as whatever name is given to the in the tree with the console/monitor looking icon. It's possible that UD made it sort to the bottom of the device list, but I have my eisy name starting with a "U" so it seems to be sorted at the bottom just above the "Auto DR" scene (a default that can't be deleted). I believe the default was "my lighting", but some have changed it to eisy so it might show eisy as root and eisy as item directly under it. Some might have had it as "ISY" and it carried over in a migration. I remember when the Polisy and eisy were released that a lot of users wanted to add back the query program and we would suggest to look near the bottom and that's where people found it.But again...you've found it now. I was just worried that you seemed to have a broken query program after an update and it made me check mine to be sure it wasn't a widespread bug/issue that needed to be brought up to UD.
Yesterday at 12:19 AM1 day Author @Geddy The "ISY" or whatever it was named, doesn't appear in the device tree., however if you call it up in a program it will show up somewhere in your list of scenes.

Icon is a monitor, see @Geddy 's image.
12 hours ago12 hr Author @Javi Are you saying that the "isy scene" won't respond to an off command, i.e. all off.If that's the case how can I replicate the "all off" that appears in the admin console without creating a scene with a load of nodes
11 hours ago11 hr @Techman , give it a try (the ISY994 doesn't have the "isy scene" or I would try it). Open the event viewer to level 3 and execute your program containing the "ISY scene off".If you see "02 62 00 00 FF CF 13 00" appear in the viewer you have sent an "all off" to all linked Insteon devices.Be advised that there may be follow on commands turning off Z-wave and other devices. My read is that this is an "ISY world off" command. If you learn differently, please advise.

10 hours ago10 hr Author @IndyMike @JaviUnfourtantly turning off the ISY Scene had no effect on the Insteon devices, I'm back to square one.I did notice the "02 62 00 00 FF CF 13 00" in the event viewerHowever in the event viewer it issued an all off for X10. I have no X10 devices Edited 9 hours ago9 hr by Techman
