I was moving along slowly with upgrading my ISY to EISY via tickets, and things started getting a bit complicated (but still progressing) with Z wave crazyness and slowness.

Is he off on vacation, or in hospital, or something? I never got any message about this... but just checking...
I just got ghosted!

So it's still not as straight forward as restoring from an ISY backup?

it depends what your ISY firmware version is, If it's below 5.9.1 then you should first open a support ticket before trying to update

The ticket, now ghosted, is now 14 days old with no response a good chunk of the way in back-and-forth... and was submitted exactly for that reason, it's an old ISY with old Zwave, and Michel had helped me a LOT to this point. (Thus I could not migrate my Zwave, I had to completely rebuild it, which in the end probably is a good thing anyways)... As per your suggestion, i did post it on forum @Techman

I didn't think UDI helped with isy issues anymore. I know they went to paid support for that platform but not sure if that's still the case or not.

Just looking at the frequency of tickets, they may be looking at you needing paid support vs the normal free support lines. If that's so, I would think they should respond to you, and letting you know that.

This has absolutely nothing to do with ISY!

By "ISY", you mean to say the older ISY 994 platform, or the newer POLISY as well?

Isy. When they stopped supporting isy, they went to a paid support for a while. Not sure if that is still there or not though.
