June 6Jun 6 I was moving along slowly with upgrading my ISY to EISY via tickets, and things started getting a bit complicated (but still progressing) with Z wave crazyness and slowness. Is he off on vacation, or in hospital, or something? I never got any message about this... but just checking...I just got ghosted! It's been 9 days and still waiting...

June 11Jun 11 it depends what your ISY firmware version is, If it's below 5.9.1 then you should first open a support ticket before trying to updateUpdated Software Available! - Current Release Announcements - Universal Devices Forum

(Thus I could not migrate my Zwave, I had to completely rebuild it, which in the end probably is a good thing anyways)... As per your suggestion, i did post it on forum @Techman Edited June 12Jun 12 by johnstonf

As per your suggestion, i did post it on forum @TechmanI didn't think UDI helped with isy issues anymore. I know they went to paid support for that platform but not sure if that's still the case or not.Just looking at the frequency of tickets, they may be looking at you needing paid support vs the normal free support lines. If that's so, I would think they should respond to you, and letting you know that.
