Polisy LAN address not working in IOX finder
Just upgraded to Mac OS 15 on a new laptop. When I start jnlp to access the polisy, only the WAN works. If I type in the polisy LAN address (https://LAN:8443/desc), the UUID appears but no firmware version and nothing happens when I try to load the AC from here. Entering the polisy LAN in a browser also does not open anything. I have cleared the Java cache and rebooted the polisy and IOX. Seems like something is blocking the LAN access. Suggestions?

OK, thanks. Will try the folder route.

Favorites/multiple controllers
Just got a new iphone and had to add back my 2 polisys, which went smoothly. On controller (polisy) 1, added favorites without issue. When I switch to controller 2 and try to add favorite nodes, they show up on the favorites page on controller 1. Suggestions?

Z Matter not working
Just in last 2 days, all of my Z wave devices are not responding to on/off commands, etc either from the AC or UD mobile on 2 different policy's in 2 different homes. On the AC, under the top menu I get attached message and UD mobile gives attached error. I have not made any changes recently. Suggestions?

Firmware update fails
Problem solved. I had a loose "open sensor" wire. Now all works well. Per Paul Weiland, firmware 2.59 is only for MQTT.

Firmware update fails
Was able to regain ability to "visit" Ratgdo after several rounds of re-flashing the device, which is a 25i running "dry contact" protocol. Unfortunately, the open/close commands in the AC or in UD mobile do not open/close door. The "toggle" command in the AC does, but the correct door status is not updated. Not sure why this has happened as I have had a very stable system. Attaching log package. ratgdo_10-21-2024_81022_AM.zip

Firmware update fails
Have been using my 2.5i ratgdo with plugin 4.08 without issues. Just tried OTA update to firmware 2.59 (from 2.57) and lost connection with the device. I tried re-installing (with Chrome) the ESPHome firmware but no connection results when using “dry contact” and “2.5i” selections. Interestingly, the ESPHome will re-install if I select the security 2.0, but the garage door does not open or close when commanded (ratgdo home screen attached) Any suggestions?

PG3x remote access
Have been trying to setup Rachio plugin and configuration calls for PG3 to have remote access active. When I go to my.isy.io and select Tools |Maintenance, "PG3 remote access" does not show up as a menu option. Any ideas?

Is there a link to the 4-tap test?

Lost communication
Well, the microwave is built-in and only 3 years old. It is on a dedicated breaker with no other devices on that circuit. When I unplug the microwave (or throw the breaker), the lamplinc communication returns. I think I will try the XPF at the panel.

Lost communication
Maybe an electrician has such a thing

Lost communication
Success! after systematically switching off each switch at the electrical panel, I found the interference was coming from the circuit going to kitchen microwave. Will put a Filterlinc there.

Lost communication
I have been using very stable insteon/PG3 system for some time. Recently (after some nearby construction power outages) I have lost communication with 3 of my insteon devices (1 2-wire switch and 2 lamplincs). I have gone thru the usual device delete/factory reset with no luck. When I try to add the switch back, I get a "cannot determine insteon engine" alert after 10 seconds or so. Under Tools, event viewer says switch failed to add, reason 3. For the lamplincs, under device communication events, I get [inst-ack] 02 62 3E.5D.8F LTS req and LTONRR (FF). Interestingly, when I add the lamplincs to IOX in the location where the Polisy is, they work OK. Any thoughts? I am running 5.8.4.

Smart hose timers not displaying
I upgraded to 5.0.4 and my IoX is 5.8.4. Still no smart hose timers (5 total) seen in AC. The plugin has the correct Rachio API. Suggestions?

4.0.8 Discovery
I tried removing all custom parameters and then discover. No nodes added. Re-added custom parameters using LAN IP;ratgdov25i-xxxxxx and that added all nodes for the 3 doors. Thanks.

4.0.8 Discovery
Sorry, need help again. I am at my summer home which has 3 security+2 openers, previously setup with the MQTT version of the plugin. I re-flashed each ratgdo to security+2 and v2.5I board. I can access each ratgdo via LAN IP or http://ratgdo25i-xxxxxx.local. I installed the new plugin and used custom parameters (gdodevice0...2) and ratgdo25i-xxxxxx.local;ratgdo25i-xxxxxx. I get the attached error message when I try to discover the ratgdos. Log attached. Each ratgdo shows up on my wifi system correctly; the only issue I see is that when I access each board via ratgdo25i-xxxxxx.local, the name for the board on the page is slightly different, ratgdov2.5i xxxxxx. ratgdo_6-21-2024_71650_AM.zip

New Release v4.0.8 - ESPHome version
Worked for me as well. Thanks

New Release v4.0.8 - ESPHome version
By the way, in your notes for version 4.0.8 under #4, you state..."these commands are only generated if the status change results from and external control signal (i.e., not a command from IoX through the plugin." Does this mean that an IoX program that opens the door when a home geofence is entered will not trigger the door open?

Yes, that works as well,
