  1. Hi Tim, I just wanted to post and thank you for your comments. That's pretty much what we all strive for. Thanks again so very much and with kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi WestCoastWillie, Thank you. At the top of ISY Admin Console, do you see ELK information come and go randomly? With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Sorka, Did you also replace your PLM when you migrated to your 994? PLM loses links mostly when there's a surge or outage. Have you had any power outages? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi WestCoastWillie, Not really. Can you please check your Error Log to any error communicating with ELK? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi MWareman, I am even more impatient! I am cautiously optimistic that it will be in days. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Keith, Does the URL end with ?id=some_number? Teken, The purpose is this: the portal allows different accounts access to ISY (after you approve it locally on the Admin Console). For instance, for tech support, I can add an ISY to UDI account. The customer, then, can click on More Info to see what this account is and any contact information before accepting/approving the connection. This is mostly used for utilities so that the customer knows where the request is coming from. Of course, utilities do not get full access. Only error log and system log and a few other utility related functions. In short, if you ever go to the Portal tab and see an account is waiting for Approval, DO NOT approve unless you know who the originator is. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Benoit, Can you please copy/paste the URL into another browser? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello all, Those who have a blank screen, can you please let me know what operating system and browser you use? The problem is that the ID is blank. With kind regards, Michel
  9. huddadudda, I apologize. I waive our NDA. With kind regards, Michel
  10. huddadudda, I already responded to your PM. The post you see above is because you explicitly accused me of ignoring things (http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/18000-can-isy-use-amazon-echo-as-an-alert-device/?p=164545). You are welcome to post anything you wish. I am an extreme proponent of transparency. I will leave this decision up to you. For me, this discussion is over and I will no longer respond to it. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Guys, Thanks so very much for bringing this to our attention. We are looking into this. Basically, this is the information that you enter during account setup. I am not sure why it's blank though! With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Keith, Thanks so very much. Your post is now a sticky. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi brockp, ISY does support bitmasks (&, ^, !) for variables. The only issue is that in your conditions you must use actual numbers. With kind regards, Michel
  14. huddadudda, I really do not think you would want me to post a public response with your factual inaccuracies. I PM'd you my response. All I need is your permission to post it publicly. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Scyto, Multi channel is coming very soon! With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi stusviews, Yes indeed and Amazon is aware of these inconsistencies. The only reason we went with v2 was because they are working on fixes which might take a few weeks and recommended using three slots. Have you taken a look at the spoken word list and utterances here? http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration#Instructions_for_Alexa_Skill With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Teken, You can get the status of devices using the Skill and not Connected Home. We are implementing Smart Meter information into Echo ... but that will only work with Echo and can tell you power, energy today, price now, total costs for today/yesterday. Announcements have not been implemented in Echo. We did specifically ask them about this and it was not in their roadmap. Maybe things will change if enough people request these features because I do think they are important. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Yet another outrageous post from huddadudda who is only "testing" the portal and thus I shall not diginify all the factually incorrect assertions with a response. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Keith, Fantastic, thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  20. huddadudda, What you said is outrageous and I am not going to dignify it with an answer. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Teken, I am not sure I understand the issue. What is the issue? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello everyone, If you do know anyone at Logitech, please contact them. They are simply not responding to us. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi arzoo, stusview is right. You do NOT have to restore the whole backup again. What you need to do is to either put your Motion Sensor in programming mode (or dance in front of it) and then do Right Mouse Click | Restore Device. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Leon, ZS series requires the ZigBee Smart Meter dongle (not RCS). Once you have that, then you can connect to your Oncor meter and see real time energy information (and prices if they send it). With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi MWareman, It should but we are in the queue! With kind regards, Michel
