  1. Hi waterbaby64, 5006, 5012, 5014 errors are related to clients that subscribe to ISY such as the Admin Console, MobiLinc, etc. ISY expects subscribers to gracefully unsubscribe before shutting down. This said, most clients don't especially when they go to sleep. As such, ISY actively sends heart beat signals to all subscribers and checks the packet counts to make sure they are still online. If they are not, then ISY expires the subscription and releases all the resources. So, all those 5011 and 5012s are related to clients not gracefully unsubscribing and I wouldn't worry about them. 5006 simply means that a client unsubscribed with a subscription ID that no longer exists. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi huddadudda, It works with http://yourhome.honeywell.com/en/products/thermostat/wi-fi-smart-thermostat-rth9580(which is the topic for this post). With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello all, Unfortunately I have lost track of the issue. Is the issue not being able to dim a scene? i.e. Alexa, dim x where x is a scene? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi jmac, Thank you but it's quite odd that it took 2 hours to restore modem. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi David, If the router is changed and ISY is not setup with a static IP address, then everything should work fine. The only issue might be that MAC's hostname might still be pointing to the old IP address. For those cases, it's best to try: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Troubleshooting_Help#ISY_Finder_does_not_find_ISY With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi All, This is for Comfort API. Just got the thermostat and sent it over to Benoit. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi all, thanks so very much for the lively discussions, levity (Bob P.), and kind words (accd). We really do appreciate it very much. I didn't realize there's an Eliza app for Echo. I had to develop one for one of my AI courses and it was loads of fun. I spoke to it regularly! Thanks again. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello jmac, Restore Modem should not take more than 60 seconds per each non-battery operated devices IF AND ONLY IF there are not communication errors. Restore Devices will take significantly longer as ISY will have to rewrite all the links. Which one did you do? Also, are you seeing any communication errors? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Keith, Thanks so very much for the feedback. Let us check into it. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello everyone, Thanks so very much for the feedback. So, the only thing you are asking to be stored is the email address, correct? If so, should there be a timeout on the cookie? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello all, It seems that Java->Browser does not work on some operating systems and the ID is truncated. We're looking into this. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Keith/Teken, When you login to the Portal, are all those information filled out? i.e. when you setup your account, did you put long description, contact information, etc. ? With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Tim, I just wanted to post and thank you for your comments. That's pretty much what we all strive for. Thanks again so very much and with kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi WestCoastWillie, Thank you. At the top of ISY Admin Console, do you see ELK information come and go randomly? With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Sorka, Did you also replace your PLM when you migrated to your 994? PLM loses links mostly when there's a surge or outage. Have you had any power outages? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi WestCoastWillie, Not really. Can you please check your Error Log to any error communicating with ELK? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi MWareman, I am even more impatient! I am cautiously optimistic that it will be in days. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Keith, Does the URL end with ?id=some_number? Teken, The purpose is this: the portal allows different accounts access to ISY (after you approve it locally on the Admin Console). For instance, for tech support, I can add an ISY to UDI account. The customer, then, can click on More Info to see what this account is and any contact information before accepting/approving the connection. This is mostly used for utilities so that the customer knows where the request is coming from. Of course, utilities do not get full access. Only error log and system log and a few other utility related functions. In short, if you ever go to the Portal tab and see an account is waiting for Approval, DO NOT approve unless you know who the originator is. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Benoit, Can you please copy/paste the URL into another browser? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello all, Those who have a blank screen, can you please let me know what operating system and browser you use? The problem is that the ID is blank. With kind regards, Michel
  21. huddadudda, I apologize. I waive our NDA. With kind regards, Michel
  22. huddadudda, I already responded to your PM. The post you see above is because you explicitly accused me of ignoring things (http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/18000-can-isy-use-amazon-echo-as-an-alert-device/?p=164545). You are welcome to post anything you wish. I am an extreme proponent of transparency. I will leave this decision up to you. For me, this discussion is over and I will no longer respond to it. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Guys, Thanks so very much for bringing this to our attention. We are looking into this. Basically, this is the information that you enter during account setup. I am not sure why it's blank though! With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Keith, Thanks so very much. Your post is now a sticky. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi brockp, ISY does support bitmasks (&, ^, !) for variables. The only issue is that in your conditions you must use actual numbers. With kind regards, Michel
