  1. Hi Barry, What are you referring to being opened up? You can now purchase a 2 year subscription for ISY Portal for $49.00 using the same method as purchasing other modules. This said, again, installing ISY Portal will diable MobiLinc Connect. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Chuck, Unfortunately ISY can only talk to one portal at a time and thus there will be a conflict. This said, MobiLinc should work going against ISY portal as well. Yes, you can run programs using Echo. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi guys, We are checking into various names. Some have lower chances of success. I.S.Y is understood very well. I am not sure about Izzy. Please note that it should not be related to either ISY or Izzy. Any others please? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi barrygordon, We support both the lighting API as well as an additional Skill for things such as Alexa, tell ISY to lock all doors. So, it's both. With kind regards, Michel
  5. cyberk, We have already submitted our application to Amazon for Echo integration. Waiting for certification. We have no plans on supporting HomeKit simply because we will be forced to have new hardware which will cost $$$$$ while not knowing what the ROI would be for things that can already be done without it. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Xathros, Thanks so very much for the update. I am concerned that your portal URL changed on its own. Let us check into it and get back to you. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello everyone, Update: Amazon actually tested ISY and came back with a few recommendations to make things more user friendly. We will be completing the recommendations by the end of the week and submitting again. Hopefully this will take less time. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Arun, That's correct but the process is NOT automatic. You will need to exclude them from your existing controller and then include them into ISY. Or make ISY a secondary controller to your existing primary controller. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi hammr808, Still waiting for certification. This said, we do know that they are testing it! With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello everyone, We are proud to announce that ISY994 ZS Series is now certified for Oncor Smart Meters. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi 3gdigital, You might want to try Authorization Header. On the Header section, click on the Add and then choose Authorization from the list and then enter your username/password. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi pgnehm, I agree with paulbates: submitting a ticket would be much more efficient. In the meantime: 1. You have devices with pending writes (green 1011 icons). You have to fix those (Right Mouse Click | Write updates to device) 2. You can restore your last good backup (File | Restore ISY) 3. If there have been any INSTEON changes since your last good backup, follow through with File | Restore Devices With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi MV, Tools | Generate Topology. This will create an HTML page which you can print in your browser. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi rogressem, $175.00 is there since the portal is in Beta and we wanted to prevent folks from buying it. Actual price will definitely be a fraction of $175.00 once it's official. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi pptkiin, After further review, this seems to be correct: ISY dynamic buffer is 32K so when you use variable substitution, you will reach the limit. I am sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello everyone, Just wanted to let you know that ISY994 ZS Series is now certified for Oncor! With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi ppitkin, Thank you. Did you mention that everything works with gmail? If so, the problem is in SMTP translation from unicode on the server side. Please do let me know if everything works with gmail. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi ppitkin, 5000x -19 = WRITE FAILED. This means that the server disconnected the socket. You might want to increase the timeout in SMTP settings though I am not confident this solves the issue. It somehow has to do with the size of the message. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi bdlhome, I sure hope so. You can tweet to @amazonecho ... please!!! With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Peter, Would you be kind enough to also test with another test email account such as gmail? Also, are you certain you do NOT get any -5000x errors in the error log. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi matapan, Not that I know of. The reason is that the link table is based on the device and not the node. I am so sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Scyto, Perhaps for specific features. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Peter, Please go to Configuration tab and let me know whether or not Send compact notifications is checked. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello everyone, Unfortunately I have no clue. The last correspondence we got from them was: Hi and thank you for your question, and thank you for playing with the API. At this point we are developing a more programmatic method to launch new innovative services such as Universal Devices. If you could please be patient as we work out this program we will get back to you as soon as this part of our development is completed. Kind regards, The Alexa Connected Home Submissions Team With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Vanhalo, Yes, we have submitted our app to Amazon and waiting for certification: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/14525-amazon-echo-and-isy/ With kind regards, Michel
