  1. Hi mykanderson, Please post to this forum: http://forum.universal-devices.com/forum/35-mobilinc/ With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Bxsteez, There have been reports of MobiLinc not supporting ISYPortal. You might want to post to: http://forum.universal-devices.com/forum/35-mobilinc/ With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Teken, The third one is not random. It's basically saying that the X-Mas Tree program ran (either then or else) .. probably Else. What's the content of: 'Insteon - X-MAS Lights - On'? Is it possible that you have two X-Mas Tree programs? With kind regards, Michel
  4. THANK YOU ALL! These posts mean so much to us and it's pretty much what we strive for. I appreciate it very much. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi 50-50, ISY Portal is 100% production ready and has been for the past 4 months. Once we get certified for Amazon, we should be ready to go. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Amigo, You can definitely do that with the System Log (it's in Excel/Tab Delimited) and can filter out based on device and/or property of the device. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Amigo, If all you are looking for is the log activity, then you can use the system log. You can also set the size of the log. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Michel Kohanim replied to zerop's topic in ISY994
Hi zerop, I took a quick look and the only thing available is JavaScript APIs. It's very hard to decipher what's being done behind the scenes. I am so sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Would love that! Thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Michel Kohanim replied to zerop's topic in ISY994
Hi zerop, Are there any API specs for your TV? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Thanks MWareman. Looking into the code, it seems that most of the features are already there but not at all tested. So, we might be able to uncomment and test a little sooner. With kind regards, Michel
  12. No. As I mentioned before, this is a global setting and will impact everything else. Point taken, still low priority. With kind regards, Michel
  13. No, Chained certificates will work if and only if the CAs are installed in ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi MWareman, Agreed. The reason is that Verify is for client authentication and it's GLOBAL. So, if you check that option (and include the intermediaries in the CA list), then all other https connections will try to authenticate the server (such as gmail, etc.) and will fail. This is part of the enhanced security that we are working on: making client authentication connection based and not global. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi MWareman, I agree that as the server we would have to support intermediaries eventually. I do have a source (OpenADR Alliance) for servers but a) the price is high and in all likelihood the server will not like it. We can certainly test a test certificate and see if the server likes it. If you are up for it, please send me an email and I'll send one to you. With kind regards, Michel
  16. MWareman, As I mentioned before, we had a high security requirement for which intermediaries were not allowed. With regards to your question: 1. Intermediaries can be installed in the clients (browsers) 2. For API calls, we will have to implement intermediaries Again, priority is low. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Michel Kohanim replied to theojt's topic in ISY994
Hi theojt, Ah, I didn't see /time at the end. Yes, open the Event Viewer, change the level to 3, and then issue the commands a few times. Then download Tools | Error Log and check the traffic. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Joe, Is this isolated only to your RemoteLincs? Do you have any other RF only devices and, if so, do they work? With kind regards, Michel
  19. MWareman, The specs talk about certificates that have intermediaries (as a list). ISY does not support intermediaries and that was on purpose for specific trust issues arising in high security communications with only the root. We might have to put a flag in there and exclude it from high security and include it in other cases. At the moment, however, it has very low priority. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Michel Kohanim replied to theojt's topic in ISY994
Hi theojt, The REST command to ISY is not complete. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Balok, That's the "only" way! With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi jkraus, Do you have any INSTEON thermostats or (non-INSTEON) baby monitors? If you have thermostats, unplug them and retry. If you have baby monitors, unplug them and retry! With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Tyler, The reason your scenes don't work is because you did a Delete Modem. What you need to do is to find a good backup, do File | Restore ISY, and then follow up with File | Restore Devices. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi pjt588, I must say very close since we did have an actual phone conversation with Amazon Alexa Skill team lead. Quite impressed by their level of professionalism! With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi nathanstl, I am so very sorry to hear and this is quite odd. Please submit a ticket and we'll do a remote session. With kind regards, Michel
