  1. Hi Amigo, Unfortunately not that I am aware of. RCS Zigbee thermostats do support schedules (and we support them) but the Z-Wave counterparts we have not been able to figure out yet. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi rmackson, Why would you want to do this? If you do, then you will lose your 994. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi nathanstl, MAC has a tendency of unzipping files. ISY requires the files to be zipped. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1483114?start=0&tstart=0 With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Dracarys, All network resources/examples are listed here: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series_INSTEON:Networking:Network_Resources With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Xathros, That's the file that contains the INSTEON database for 14.9D.AC. Please check and make sure you still have this device in your system. If you do, you must remove it and then link it back. If you don't, then please remove it using the RF command. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Chuck, My pleasure and yes indeed. I must say that this has been the only certification whereby the certifier was intimately involved and helpful. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Big517, Yes, I sure hope so. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Chuck, To our surprise, the Alexa Skills Team offered to go through the rest of the issues with us over the phone before our next submission! I am very pleased! We'll keep you all posted. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi FarmerGeek, No, ISY does not go to sleep. Finder sends a UDP packet to find ISY on the network. It could be that your computer (especially if it's a MAC), is blocking UDP traffic till you ping it (or do ifconfig en). With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi stusviews, As long as you use the same account tied to the portal, then yes. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Big517, You can access ISY remotely through the portal. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi stusviews, Do you mean two ISYs or two Echos? If ISYs, yes, you can actually tell Echo to switch ISYs. If Echos, yes, as long as they use the same Amazon account. With kind regards, Michel
  13. rhodges, I do apologize. We are at the final stages of getting multi-channel done. So, please stay tuned. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi ScottAvery, You probably purchased your ISY from Best Buy which came pre-installed with the Best Buy module. That module is not defunct. Please send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com and we'll deactivate it for you. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi MWareman, They usually take between 10 to 20 days. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello everyone, We have to go through recertification. Hopefully it's not going to be as long since we only have minimal issues to resolve. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Michel Kohanim replied to Gee's topic in ISY994
Hi jrclark1978, Please don't hesitate to contact our tech support in case you still haven't been able to resolve the issue. All, Thanks so very much for all your help. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi everyone, 5.0 will facilitate communications between two or more ISYs. This is currently not well tested. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Chuck, I do not use the emulator and therefore I really cannot give you any more information than what's already covered above. I think the best thing to do would be to try the emulator and, if it works well for you, then I really do not see any reason for moving to the portal. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello everyone, Another quick update: Izzy it shall be! With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello everyone, Not so good news: "Home" cannot be used. A little more good news: most everything else passed. So, back to Izzy. We have sent them an email asking them whether or not Izzy works. Let's all pray! Thanks so very much for your patience. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi ENrgStar, Thanks so very much for your kind words. Please know that it does mean A LOT to all of us. With kind regards, Michel

  24. Hi PaulMichaels, 500 = internal server error. So, either the payload is not right or the device itself has some issues. With kind regards, MIchel
