  5. Hi Walt N, Please send me an email to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello all, Thanks so very much for the feedback. I would like to wait till we have first release of 5.0 and based on the virtual node framework decide what we can support. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello homejones, I am so very sorry didn't receive a reply to your ticket. Would you please check your junkmail? I suspect the network cable as well or the port on your router. As Don suggested, it's quite possible that there's an option conflict as well. Please check your error log further up in time. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi breischaft, Thank you. Teken is correct: Battery operated devices go to sleep and you cannot communicate with them unless they support beaming (some don't) and you have a device or range extender that supports beaming. If all your devices are battery operated i strongly recommend a Z-Wave range extender. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi guys, Can you tell me what the dashboard shows? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi tandar, What is your latest backup? You really don't want to restore a backup with which you had problems as it would make things worse. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi breischaft, This device should work. Try excluding and then including it again. If this is the only Z-Wave device you have then it might be range related otherwise try healing the network. You can use those nodes in programs and then do things based on their status such as turning lights on and off, email/sms notifications, etc. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi MWareman, Just a note to thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi aawitek, I recommend moving your PLM to a different outlet. With kind regards, Michel
  14. tandar, Have you ever done a File/Remove PLM? It does sound like it. If you have, please restore your ISY with a good backup and then repeat restore PLM. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi msplain, Sometimes is trying to hack into your ISY. Please go to event viewer, change the level to 3, wait for 5 minutes then review your error log to see the source IP of the hacker. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi shannong, LeeG is correct: 800 was for 2412. 2413 has a larger memory but the same processor so I do not recommend higher link counts than max of 900. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi larryllix, Thanks so very much. Is it possible to put all other programs that do not depend on this one in a folder and give it a false condition so that none of them are run. Then open the Event viewer on level 3 and a) monitor the traffic and see whether or not you still see system busy. In and of itself system busy is ok. The question is what is actually happening. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi shannong, No. But perhaps some of your devices no longer send their status. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi larryllix, What do those heartbeat checkers do? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Walt, You will need to reprovision your ISY with PGE. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi onever, Compares are links in the device and not the plm. I suspect either of the following : 1. Your plm had lost all its links 2. You have too many links in your plm and now it's been defraged. Please go to tools/Diagnostics/Show PLM Links click on the Start button, wait for it to complete and then click on the Count button... Make sure the count is not more than about 800 or so With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi larryllix, Thanks so very much for sharing. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi larryllix, Do you have any programs that do things based on the variable's state change? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi blueman2, Unfortunately not. If you have 344 plm links and your scenes have an average of 10 nodes, I would say you are in low 100s. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi smokegrub, Please try again. With kind regards, Michel
