  1. Teken, What bug? SmartHome has acceaa to a list of firmware versions based on which thwy decide to display some featu. We don't have access to those and can't start guessing. For those devices for which these options are included in the docs we have implemented them. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Davonavo, Please sumbit a ticket (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hell all, We did actually have one of our customers connected to ComEd with no issues. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi stusviews, ISY reports exactly what the thermostat reports divided by two. This is for INSTEON thermostats only. Did you query the thermostat? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello tycoonbob, From what I see in the picture, what you have looks like an engineering sample and not our production Z-Wave dongle. i am not at all sure who this guy is/was but it's definitely not a production unit. I wouldn't even dare say that it may work since it probably has a very old boot loader which does not allow certain functions. For the rest of your questions, Teken is right on! With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi MaddBomber83, I suspect your ISY's IP address changed and that your firewall software is blocking ISY from publishing events to the Admin Console. You might want to try accessing ISY using https and see if that helps. If it does, then it's a firewall issue and you need to put ISY in the trusted zone/whitelist in your firewall. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Grizzy, My pleasure and please do not hesitate to ask any questions you have. The limitation is based on available RAM. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi ddaggett1, Unfortunately not. This said, once you use the command it shows you the default/min/max (if applicable). All configurations are saved in the SD Card and not volatile. With kind regards, michel
  9. Hello hart2hart, The main question is whether or not the variables are being changed or the programs are being executed some other way. I would slightly change your program: Control x is Switched on Or Control y is Switched on This program is evaluated every time so, in case x is switched off and then y is switched off within 10 seconds, then the program will stop in the Wait. You might want to consider: If ( Control X is Switched On And Control X is not Switched Off) Or ( Control Y is Switched On And Control Y is not Switched Off) Then ... With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Grizzy, - Scenes are nodes in the device tree - Programs are those under Programs tab What is memory related? No, you can have as many lines in the programs as you would like. For # of nodes, you can do Tools | Topology Fro # of programs, it's the number of programs In the past 9 years, there was only one instance where someone needed more than a 1000 programs. So, I wouldn't worry about it. No, they are pre-allocated and reused. No. Configuration files + Web Server files + [user Defined] Web files. Yes, you can change it but I am not sure it would have any benefits unless you want to use ISY for storage. Here are the instructions: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Replacing/Formatting_an_SD_Card Not really a good analogy! With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Perry, I am so very sorry to hear. You are correct: you might have set the same port for both http and https. The only solution is to factory reset ISY and then restore a good backup. And, please do not hesitate to contact us in case we can be of any further assistance. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi rebel, I am happy to report that this feature will be included in the next build. It will basically be Copy to Clipboard for all programs. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi rebel, Definitely on our list. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi madman, Such list does not exist since we support every SmartHome device with the exception of: 1. SeriaLinc 2. Energy Display As far as third party INSTEON devices, most SmartenIt devices are supported. Garage Hawk is not supported. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi costap, RF is much more sensitive to interference than power line. Again, if you are still having trouble please contact our tech support and we'd be delighted to help. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi flsenior, The main issue seems to be that you are using File | Enable Internet Access. This basically automates port forwarding in your router and, with it, comes a big issue: if your router reboots or if your IP address changes on the ISP side, ISY would not know anything about it and hence the need to reboot your ISY (to recreate port forwarding rules). A better approach would be to do File | Disable Internet Access and then use the instructions in the link below to create manual port forwarding rules: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Remotely_Connect_to_Your_ISY#Configuring_a_Non-UPnP_Router With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi jmac, Is this an IOLinc? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi guys, Sincere apologies for tardy reply. This is usually related to communication signal issues. It's quite possible that in your corporate network there are 3 phases and the hop count goes to 0 while trying to reach your device. In most corporate networks that I have seen, they have separate phases and even breakers for lighting vs. AC vs. something else. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support team and we'd be delighted to help. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi remedy1234, Sincere apologies for tardy reply. If you have configured your ISY with a static IP address, please either revert to DHCP or try 8.8.4.4 as your DNS. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi TheCoppa, This is from a long time ago: A representitive from Venstar has suggested a fix which I implemented this evening and tested. The Humidity updates on the T1700 are gone. The display on the ISY now shows 0% all the time. They said they will make a change on future T1700's. The Fix: 1. Remove the T-stat from the baseplate. 2. Looking at the PCB with the V2 adapter port faceing down, you will see where a humidity sensor could be installed on the bottom right side of the PCB (it's actually written "Humidity sensor"). Just above this area you will see two rectangular solder bumps. The component label is C32. 3. Get a soldering iron and short these two pads together with a solder bead. BTW When I removed the V2 my stability returned. All x10 fired perfectly and my keypad buttons leds are always in synch. The V2 is now installed and the ISY is controlling nicely. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Phil, Thanks. It was in my junkmail. I'll take a look and let you know. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Kush, If you have configured ISY with static IPHONE address please try reverting to DHCP. Or try using 8.8.4.4 as your DNS. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi pgershon, Please don't hesitate to contact our tech support team links below. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi jam583, I think it has to do with the firewall on your computer. Please try accessing ISY using https instead of http. If all else fails, please don't hesitate to contact our tech support team links below. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Brian, I am so very sorry to hear. Please don't hesitate to contact our tech support team links below. With kind regards, Michel
