  1. Hi hart2hart, As far as I know, you cannot do much when you activate User Accounts. These are files that require either Networking (admin) or File System access and Windows will consider them threatening. You might want create a different group and give it networking and file system permissions but I think that would defeat the purpose. With kind regards, Michel

  9. Hi Dean, I suspect the KPL itself is going bad. Just to make sure you do not have any ISY programs interfering, simply unplug ISY and retry. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello jkraus, The best way to tell is to get to ISY using https and then review certificate details. Each browser has a different method of showing you certificate details most of which are near/next to the Address Bar with a lock icon. With kind regards, Michel

  12. Hi jmed999, First of all, please do upgrade to 3.3.10 which is our official release. Secondly: 1. What is your operating system? 2. What is the firewall software on your computer? With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello dpeterson4ca, My humble recommendation is to purchase an upgrade to 994 since - and due to code space limitations - we are not going to be able to provide more firmware updates for 99: viewtopic.php?f=44&t=10771 With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello Brian, Unfortunately it seems that you have a corrupt file system/SD Card. Just to make sure this is the case, unplug ISY and then please push the SD Card (on the left side of the unit) in so that it pops out and then push it back in so that it clicks in. Plug ISY back in. If you are still getting a red blinking light, then the SD Card is corrupt. If you have an extra SD Card, you can replace it following the instructions here: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... an_SD_Card (you do NOT have to format your SD Card if it's new). If you are still having problems, please submit a ticket (link below) and we'll be delighted to help you. With kind regards, Michel

  22. Hello Mr. Wohler, Three questions: 1. Are you using Java 1.7.13? 2. Are you using the dashboard? 3. Did you accept the security warning when downloading the dashboard? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi andyf0, We have not changed the UI at all except for the themes. Xathros, Tim, and johnnyt, I am so very sorry: when you do a query from Admin Console (force a query), ISY clears all previous states and then queries the devices. So, this is consistent with what you see: the programs will indeed get evaluated again (the state changes from NOTHING to something). On the other hand, queries done through programs do NOT clear the state. So, my question to johnnyt is whether or not - and as Tim suggested - you have this problem with programs and not just Query from Admin Console. Tim, thanks SO very much for the pointer. Xathros, I will have to close this ticket and again so very sorry for wrong information. With kind regards, Michel
