  1. Hi Seth, If you have not setup your unit with Trigger Reverse, then something else is either changing the status OR that the status is not really reported to ISY. What you need to do is to manually query your IOLinc a few times and see whether or not you get consistent behavior. Some older versions of IOLinc didn't report the status of sensor properly ... With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Seth, Two questions: 1. Are you using Trigger Reverse? 2. Is your query all program at 4:00 AM (not 3:00 AM)? With kind regards,
  3. Hi Ralph, Just wanted to chime in and let you know that we have had reports of corrupted KPL database on v41. We did have a customer with 5 v41 KPLs which exhibited the same type of intermittent and erratic behavior. Restore didn't fix it either. We did report the issue to SmartHome and are waiting for a response. To make sure you have the same issue: 1. Make sure yo have Event Viewer on at Level 3 2. Try adding/removing one of the KPL buttons to/from a scene 3. Right mouse click | Diagnostics | Show Device Link Table 4. Once done, click on the compare button Two questions: 1. Do you see an [std-Direct Nack] anywhere in the event viewer? 2. Are the link tables identical? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Dennis, My pleasure and I am so very glad to hear you got it working. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Dennis, I do not think you can use a browser to send this command. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Dennis, The latter is correct; it must be POST and then you also need an additional SOAPACTION header. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello flemingmike, Indirectly by ZBPCM from Smartenit (SimpleHomeNet). With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Dennis, I do not see a SOAPACTION header. I think the best thing to do would be to use Wireshark to capture the actual traffic. Also, I have never seen an OPTION header. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Phil, Unfortunately we have decided not to implement this feature since it will completely break our security model. This said, we have decided to look further into authentication/authorization. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Guys, Fixed in 4.0.1: - Spaces are now automatically converted to '_' - A error popup now appears if an invalid variable name is entered With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello Dennis, Are you getting any type of errors? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello rmreavis, You can use Network Resources to send commands to your device via Global Caché but you need something else to send commands back to ISY. In short - and without an intermediary - it's a one way communications between ISY and your device. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi eyeandy, 1. Depends on your program. If you are using a Wait, all you have to do is to add the Rain level in your condition. Once rain condition turns false, Wait stops. If not, you can have another program that basically disables this program. Or, you could have a folder based on rain level and put your scheduled programs in there ... i.e. the programs are not run unless there's no rain 2. No, we currently do not do forecasts. Here's the link to irrigation module: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... ion_Module Based on your questions, it seems that you have not yet started programming in ISY. Most of these concepts will become clear when you have created a few programs and/or reviewed the tutorials/videos on our Wiki. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi eyeandy, 1. Yes 2. Not yet but you can use Irrigation Module instead With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi someguy, To whom did you send an email? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Thanks LeeG as always. We are looking into it. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi bsobel, I suspect that scenes with the same buttons do somehow cause interference with button toggle mode. The main issue is that, at the moment, I am just speculating. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Mr. Moore, That would be QUITE a welcome event! With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Drew, Hopefully you have not upgraded your Airport utility to 6.2 since they removed DHCP client list. If you still can get your DHCP list, then please look for your ISY's IP address there. If not, open a terminal window and then use: arp -a Look for a device the MAC address of which starts with 00:21:b9. I am so very sorry for all the trouble. It seems as though Apple is deliberately trying to force everyone either into 10.7.x+ or Bonjour. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi seallred, Thank you. Are you certain they are Access Points and not SignaLincs? Your PLM is very old and I am not entirely certain that it supports I2CS devices of which Leak Sensor is one. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi seallred, Do you have any Access Points? Also, are you certain that the Leak Sensor is actually in programming mode? And, finally, what's our PLM's firmware version (Tools | Diagnostics | PLM Info/Status)? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Drew, Please try: http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/admin16.jnlp ... this is for MAC 10.6.x. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Gary, Please do be kind enough to submit a ticket (see below) so that we can help you more efficiently. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Ralph, Thanks so very much for the details. At the moment, I really do not know what to suggest since we have not been able to reproduce it at all here. So, there might be some intermittent bug somewhere that we would need to track down. We did increase the storage and you are correct: .txt is not allowed. I shall have it reported immediately. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Drew, What's your MAC's OS version? With kind regards, Michel
