  1. Thanks Gary. I did get that. I am trying to understand what in the interface gave you the wrong impression. My purpose is to figure out how to make it easier and readily understandable. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Thanks Gary. This is not a bug (perhaps a bad message but certainly not a bug). You are trying to sort an empty grid. So, the questions are: why would you be trying to sort an empty list? Why would you NOT click on the Add button instead? What is it in the UI that gives you the impression that you have to click on Recipients? With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi jpjoe, Can you try logging out and logging back in to your Windows account (instead of reboot) and let me know if this fixes the issue? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi jpjoe, Thanks. Does your computer go to sleep and wake up. Does this happen after it wakes up? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi jpjoe, I am not sure why Admin Console would impact everything else and why you would have to reboot your computer. What happens when you close the Admin Console? What firewall software do you have on your computer? I am sorry, but it just does not make sense that you would have to reboot your computer ... With kind regards, Michel
  6. What does this mean? Admin Console does NOT have to be running for your programs to run. ISY programs run independent of Admin Console or your computer and there should be zero impact to ISY if you reboot your computer. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi jpoje, Yes, in two cases: your computer loses network connectivity OR ISY is no longer on line (or on the same IP). With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello all, Trying to reproduce alas to no avail. Can you tell me whether or not you press enter after each entry? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Steve, Thanks so very much for the update. I suspect it was a case of Java cache. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi gadgetguru, Unfortunately I am not at all familiar with Python. Can you please let me know which operation seems slow? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi auger66, Sincere apologies. What you need to do is to increase the security strength for the Client using the same link. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi gadgetguru69, I think Mr. Honig (http://isyutil.sourceforge.net/) is working on one. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Moshe, ISY does not support SSL for SMTP. It only supports TLS. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Steve, I am so very sorry to hear. Do you have another computer to try? If not, would it be possible for you to: 1. Change the userid/password back to admin/admin 2. Send your ISY's remote URL to support@universal-devices.com We'll login remotely and see whether or not we can reproduce this issue. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Michel Kohanim replied to hart2hart's topic in ISY994
Hello hart2hart, Do you have any of those old SignaLincs? And, how far are you from the nearest dual band device, access point, or PLM? And, finally, when you click the button on the RL do you see any of the LEDs on those devices blink? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Mike, Reset cannot be called except through programs. Do you happen to have any programs that call Reset? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Non Sequor, Unfortunately that will not work for the following reasons: 1. ISY does not use RSS feed. It uses WB's XML APIs 2. There is really no easy way of pointing ISY to something else for WB Alternative approaches: 1. You can have your neighbor's weather station publish to WeatherBug 2. You can use variables, read from your neighbor, and then update variables in ISY With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi auger66, Have you looked at: http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/I ... 0Guide.pdf ? Look for Self Signed. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Mike, Reset + no water for the first 24 hours. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Thank you. This means that ISY configures your router using UPnP. It also means that if the router is by any chance rebooted, then the port forwarding rules are wiped out. And, that's why rebooting ISY fixes the issue because upon reboot, ISY reconfigures your router. What you need to do instead is to: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... PnP_Router With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi djones1415, When you go to Help | About, what do you see for Internet Access? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi auger66, Do you have a 99 or 994? If 994, do you have the PRO version? It might be that they expect a stronger ciphersuite. The limit still exists but has been increased. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Mike, You are 100% correct. Irrigation requirement IS in fact cumulative. What I was trying to say was: Irrigation Requirement FOR EACH DAY is equal to ETo if there's no rain and no water applied for that day. So, you are on the right track. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi LeeG, Records with logical deletes (starting with 22), should be Ignored. This said, the same record should exist in both ISY as well as the device. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi matapan, No but the MAC address looks correct
