  1. Hi Moshe, ISY does not support SSL for SMTP. It only supports TLS. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Steve, I am so very sorry to hear. Do you have another computer to try? If not, would it be possible for you to: 1. Change the userid/password back to admin/admin 2. Send your ISY's remote URL to support@universal-devices.com We'll login remotely and see whether or not we can reproduce this issue. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello hart2hart, Do you have any of those old SignaLincs? And, how far are you from the nearest dual band device, access point, or PLM? And, finally, when you click the button on the RL do you see any of the LEDs on those devices blink? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Mike, Reset cannot be called except through programs. Do you happen to have any programs that call Reset? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Non Sequor, Unfortunately that will not work for the following reasons: 1. ISY does not use RSS feed. It uses WB's XML APIs 2. There is really no easy way of pointing ISY to something else for WB Alternative approaches: 1. You can have your neighbor's weather station publish to WeatherBug 2. You can use variables, read from your neighbor, and then update variables in ISY With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi auger66, Have you looked at: http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/I ... 0Guide.pdf ? Look for Self Signed. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Mike, Reset + no water for the first 24 hours. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Thank you. This means that ISY configures your router using UPnP. It also means that if the router is by any chance rebooted, then the port forwarding rules are wiped out. And, that's why rebooting ISY fixes the issue because upon reboot, ISY reconfigures your router. What you need to do instead is to: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... PnP_Router With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi djones1415, When you go to Help | About, what do you see for Internet Access? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi auger66, Do you have a 99 or 994? If 994, do you have the PRO version? It might be that they expect a stronger ciphersuite. The limit still exists but has been increased. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Mike, You are 100% correct. Irrigation requirement IS in fact cumulative. What I was trying to say was: Irrigation Requirement FOR EACH DAY is equal to ETo if there's no rain and no water applied for that day. So, you are on the right track. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi LeeG, Records with logical deletes (starting with 22), should be Ignored. This said, the same record should exist in both ISY as well as the device. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi matapan, No but the MAC address looks correct
  14. Hi LeeG, "ignore" has not been removed. I just checked and we do have: [identical/Ignore] With kind regards, Michel
  15. Thank you. #84, priority low. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Mike, If there has been NO water applied and NO rain, then Irrigation Requirement = Eto for any 24 hour duration. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Rick, I have not seen Location information in any of developer docs. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Guys, 170001 are informational messages and do depend on Event Viewer level. The higher the number the more of these you will get with informational messages. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Steve, Please search for a file named "udi_frame.state" and delete it. If you are on Windows, then it's in: C:/Users//AppData/Local/Temp With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Mike, Evapotranspiration is calculated daily based on the averages for the day. So, it should not change within any 24 hour period (12:00 AM). Close ... Irrigation Requirement is synonymous with Evapotranspiration: basically the amount of water that has evaporated and now has to be replaced. But, this value depends on two other factors: Soil type Amount of water already applied either by Rain or manual --> Irrigation Requirement = eto - (water applied * absorption factor) With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Jon, I am sorry I do not understand what this means. Do you want to have ISY connected to a simulated WB or do you want ISY to generate random events for itself? In either case, the answer is NO. But, the first case is easier since we do not have to implement much. We can just basically have ISY point to something else. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi fitzpatri8, Thanks so very much for the input and clarifying our confusion. We should have it supported in the next release. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi ferdies, Please do be kind enough to send your request to sales@universal-devices.com . With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi matapan, do you know the IP address of your ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi fitzpatri8, Thanks so very much. This is quite odd since based on the developers notes: Micro Module Relay: (915 MHz: 2443-222 - Dev 0x02 / Sub 0x2F) (869 MHz: 2443-422 - Dev 0x02 / Sub 0x31) (921 MHz: 2443-522 - Dev 0x02 / Sub 0x32) Whereas what the device is reporting is 14 (0x0E) which is category for Window Covering. Can you please let me know how you are adding it? With kind regards, Michel
