  1. Thanks SunSentry. Do you have your ISY configured to communicate with ELK? With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello flemingmike, I responded to your PM. We do need to know the characteristics of this device + cat/sub cat. We'll discuss more over email. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello everyone, My next question is what if you use https instead of http. Does it solve the problem? With kind regards, Michel

Hi SunSentry, Irrigation module uses Evapotranspiration algorithm which is probably a more sophisticated version of what your Toro does. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello pablohoney, Not at all ... there are no reported problems using 3.3.4. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello oceanman93, Programs are called by IDs. Are your programs named or are you using the IDs for names? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Dennis, Thank you. You can always have the 3rd party company contact us and we'll figure it out. It really would be a huge waste of your time/money if we can figure out how to exchange information. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi jmed999, Does it happen while Admin Console is running? Or, does it happen when you first bring up the Admin Console? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello steadler, thanks so very much for the update and I am so very glad you got things working. Hi Wozzy, I think it would be best to contact our tech support team and have them schedule a call to help diagnose. With kind regards, Michel

bfish, When you click on the Daylight Saving Button, you MUST wait for the settings to take effect before doing anything else. It might take about 5 seconds and the busy dialog should go away. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello steadler, thanks so very much. Quite strange to say the least. Thanks Wozzy, what do you get when you go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.3.4/admin.jnlp ? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Mike, ELK add on has nothing to do with notifications. If you have a backup, simply restore your backup. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Mike, No, not at all and I can guarantee you that the ELK module does not have anything to do with notifications. Can you try removing one variable at a time (just remove the $) and see when you start getting them? With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Wayne, They are not the same. I will have to let other customers who are actually using these devices to let you know which is more reliable. Yes on the latest beta. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi all, Although quite simple at first glance, things get quickly out of hand: 1. Add a checkbox to see if the user wants to backup before exiting Admin Console 2. In case of automated, how does one notify of failures? What type of QOS should be used? Is it high priority, low priority, how many retries, etc. 3. As far as power users, I think that would be an option that we could consider With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Wayne, The choices are: 99i - INSTEON thermostats; either Venstar or SmartHome brand 994i - Same as 99i 994i Z - Same s 994i + RCS Zigbee thermostats With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello Wozzy, what's your operating system? Hello Steadller, how did you get it to function again? Are you back on 3.2.6? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Flex, my pleasure ... The one thing that is NOT normal in your existing error log is all those unsuccessful login attempts from 192.168.1.20. Who's that device and why is it trying to login to ISY if it does not know the credentials? With kind regards, Michel

Hello jmed999, No, since we are not capturing that information from WeatherBug yet. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi lake113, viewtopic.php?f=25&t=9742&p=73893&hilit=%2Fetc%2Fhosts#p73893 With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello apostolakisl, Good idea with one exception: we have very many customers who use Admin Console only for monitoring. It might become annoying ... nonetheless, it's a good idea. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello Flex, PWRIT is the queue in charge of communications with PLM. The only way it would get full is if the PLM is not responding. I do not think factory reset ISY and upgrade actually fixed anything except that perhaps, for one reason or another, the PLM started communicating again (possible loose connection?). So, please do keep an eye ... if you see the same message again in your error log, then it would be best to replace the PLM. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello elvisimprsntr, That's quite odd and it should not have happened. As far as 99i and brultech, the reasons were: 1) not a lot of demand for that module and 2) we decided to use the code space used by that module to support other INSTEON devices Hello GROBEC, I am so very sorry but, as far as I know, Apple is forcing everyone to upgrade to Lion for Java 1.7. With kind regards, Michel
  24. johnnyt, Do you make daily changes to your programs and or ISY configuration? If not, then I am not sure why you would need a nightly backup. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello Dennis, My pleasure. Before doing so, I strongly suggest that you contact your utility and ensure that they would indeed allow you to communicate with their meter. The cost is about $100.00 but you would also have to take into consideration the shipping costs. Please consult with our sales department (sales@universal-devices.com). With kind regards, Michel
