  1. Hi Paul, We shall take a look and see if this can be done. I am still concerned why you would have so many DNS errors ... are you using static IP address or DHCP? With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi tunaman, Just to be clear: the problem is when you try to add buttons from the same KPL in the same scene. Correct? If so, they do not require any links ... And, if so, we are tracking another customer with the same issue. It's isolated to 8 button KPLs. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi hart2hart, The short answer is no. This said, are the errors DNS related or connection related? http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... r_Messages : -140000 HTTP_CLIENT_DNS_ERROR -140001 HTTP_CLIENT_BASE64_ENCRYPTION_FAILED -140002 HTTP_CLIENT_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT -140003 HTTP_CLIENT_WRITE_HEADER_FAILED -140004 HTTP_CLIENT_WRITE_BODY_FAILED -140005 HTTP_CLIENT_READ_RESPONSE_FAILED -140006 HTTP_CLIENT_HEADER_NO_STATUS -140007 HTTP_CLIENT_RESOURCE_MOVED -140008 HTTP_CLIENT_REQUEST_FAILED If DNS, then you could have a reminder email every 24 hours and when it does not arrive, then you can assume the DNS problem has started again. And, the main question is: why would you have these problems? What's your firmware version? Do you have Internet connectivity issues with other devices? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi J, Unfortunately not with 99 ... you need a 994. I am sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello GreyFox, Please do not hesitate to contact our tech support team (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  6. Unfortunately not ... With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello Xpendable, Thanks so very much for the update which I am sure a lot of folks will find useful (including me!). With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello GreyFox, Use http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp URL. Once you launched, you will see ISY Finder. Click on the Add and then enter the URL for the remote ISY. You can repeat this process for as many remote ISYs as you might have. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello Denenstein, No and especially because TouchLinc is now discontinued. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello lhmathys, We are working on a security pack for 994 which includes support up to TLS 1.2. This said, adding support for intermediate certificate installation was not on our list. I cannot guarantee that we would implement it mostly because our development is based on demand and ROI. At the moment, you are the only one (in our history) to have ever asked for it and thus no much demand. If it turns out to be something simple, we will surely add it while going through the security pack. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello lhmathys, Unfortunately this is going to be a little difficult since ISY sends a certificate as is (does not chain them). So, the only thing I can think of (which might not work) is to add the certificate explicitly to your device (so that it will always trust this certificate from this host). OR, you could something more risky by trying to chain the certificates and then load them into ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi KHLUDI, I am not sure! I know that we definitely support Schlage and working on Yale so Kwikset should not be a problem. This said, there are really no guarantees especially in interoperability of ZWave devices. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi KHLUDI, Yes, precisely! With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi BrianH, So am I: the problem is that those groups are linked to iMeter and we had a hell of time getting it to report directly to the PLM. Also, since this is a battery operated device, doing a query may kill the battery. I think they had an option for an external power supply but ours doesn't have it. So, extensive querying may just drain the battery. We'll take another look. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi LeeG, Thanks so very much for the detailed explanation. We shall take a look and figure out what's causing the glitch. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi KHLUDI, 994i Series (including PRO and IR) have an expansion slot that can be use with our ZWave dongle (not out yet). 994iZ Series already use that slot for Zigbee. So, it's either Zigbee OR ZWave. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi LeeG, Is this with the beta version you have? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Michel Kohanim replied to jmed999's topic in ISY994
Hello jmed999, Just responded to your ticket. LeeG, thanks so very much for all the help. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Yes, I think so. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Teken, Thank you. We will take another look ... but, just to be clear, this device does not report temperature so you will have to query it explicitly. And, if you have many of them with high query frequency, then the performance of everything else in your system will be impacted. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello kjbbasic, I am so very sorry ... the current 3.2.6 firmware for 994 didn't have SDHC support turned on and thus you cannot go above and beyond 1GB. This said, this bug is already fixed and shall be included in the next drop. Again, sincere apologies. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Teken, We tried implementing it and ran into some anomalies especially with respect to linking to iMeter solo. I am not sure if simply supporting the temp monitoring will be enough for everyone. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi KHLUDI, Comments below. With kind regards, Michel Unfortunately not since it uses a proprietary version of Zigbee made by Control 4 and for which we do not have access to the APIs The best option would be to use our soon to be alpha version of 994 with ZWave (NOT Zigbee). This will allow you to communicate with Schlage door locks and a limited set of ZWave devices (in addition to INSTEON).
  24. Teken, I do hope so. We are not going to support Energy Monitors (they simply display whatever you can already get from iMeter) ... are you planning to use them for temperature sensors? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi inline, Currently working on our security pack/enhancements for 994 and supporting up to TLS 1.2 and additional ciphers/hashes. We might be able to do something with this as well but I cannot guarantee. With kind regards, Michel
