  1. Hello MikeBro, I am so very sorry to hear. Please submit a ticket (link below) and we'll login to your computer to see what's going on. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello hbsh01, There's an issue with 3.2.6 but it shows up if and only if: ISY is powered up, it does not find a DHCP server, and it finishes the DHCP handshake (takes about 2 minutes). So, if it takes your router to come back up from a power surge about 2 minutes, then this would explain it. I have yet to see a router that takes that long to reboot. This said, anything is possible. And, this issue is isolated to releases 3.1.17 through 3.2.6. This issue has been fixed in the next drop. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi sloop, long time no see ... The first thing is to figure out what firmware version you have. If you can telnet to ISY, then all you need to do is to type VE at the command prompt. If your ISY is way too old, then it would be best to: 1. Factory reset ISY (press and hold the set button for 30 seconds) 2. Try http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp If that does not work either, please contact our tech support and we'll help you out (link is below). With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Clarence, Since ISY does not do anything with cameras, thus everything is compatible! Do you have MobiLinc? If so, I think it would be best to pose this question to MobiLinc forum. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Paul, Could you still access the Admin Console when this happened or was the unit completely hung. If hung, can you tell me whether or not you have DirecTV? With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello MikeBro, Please open the Java console, go to Certificates and then remove all Universal Devices certificates. Once done, go back to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp and MAKE SURE you accept the certificate (otherwise you will get the same errors). With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Tim, I think you have a virus! JAVAFX~1.RU looks like a virus and not something from Java. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Tim, This does not make any sense. Are you still getting the same download exception? Can you tell me your operating system, type (32 vs. 64 bit), and Java version (Java console | About)? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Tim, Please try http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp ... if this works, then it seems that either: 1. Your last upgrade was not successful 2. File system problems With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Tim, In addition to the good question of firewall, please also let me know what URL you are using to access ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello patrick, The code snippet you have is NOT from ISY. And, unfortunately, ISY does not have that specific URL combination. You will need to use /services.wsdl. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Mr. Copsetta, It could be very many things including Java/Windows 8 mismatch. And, in all likelihood, it could be the security settings. As we have not yet tested Windows 8, I do not think I can be of any further help. With kind regards, Michel

PLC_Guy, Do you have any programs that query and/or turn on/off all devices continuously? Also, you can look at your logs to see what those changes are. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello Nuttycomputer, You are not alone. We have had so many others with the same exact issue. It's only isolated to 2441TH and not the Venstar thermostats. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Shawn, Unfortunately, I really cannot give an ETA mostly because of the current issues we are grappling with INSTEON and new devices. All I can say is that it has been tested and just requires the finishing touches after we are done with INSTEON updates. With kind regards, Michel
  16. ds10, As LeeG suggested, your UPS (which are basically big transformers/batteries) must be plugged into our outlets through a Filter. If you are still having problems, please do contact our tech support (link below) and we'll do our best to help diagnose the issues. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello snownh2o2, Excellent post and thanks so very much for sharing the details. I do not want to sound pessimistic but I really do think that you should get a new SD Card as the one you have is pretty old and has already been corrupted once. I have a feeling that it may crash again. As far as Locate Me, the service provider changed the URL ... this is fixed in the next beta. And, finally - and just for you reference - all your configuration information is stored on the SD Card and thus the changes to ports and passwords. Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi aLf, Any static address you have defined for any of your devices MUST be outside the DHCP range of the router otherwise there will be many intermittent issues especially when you are at home or when devices reboot. With kind regards, Michel
  19. First of all, thanks so very much LeeG! nowandthen, run at startup does precisely what you wrote in your last post and LeeG helped verify. Would you be kind enough to let me know in what respect you would like us to chime in? hbsh01, Catch up schedules/grace period applies ONLY to programs that are time based. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi tim2u, Unfortunately not. Here's a link to other things you can do: http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... _Variables With kind regards, Michel
  21. Thanks so very much LeeG. I think there might lie at least one of the problems. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Mr. Silva, I am so very sorry but it's basically impossible for ISY to support IRLinc TX with the new firmware. The APIs for the new IRLinc TX do not do what they are supposed to do ... once they are fixed, then ISY can support it. In the meantime, the only way is to downgrade the firmware on IRLinc TX. Or, if you wish, you could use the Network Module in combination with Global Caché products instead of IRLinc TX. With kind regards, Michel
  23. aLf, As you might remember, ISY reported an IP conflict with something else on your network and precisely at the time that it rebooted from power outage. Have you figured out what else on your network might have a conflict with ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi LeeG, Thanks so very much. Can you tell me what's your TStat's version (as reported in ISY)? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Matt, I am afraid that your SD card is probably getting corrupted and hence all the problems. Please try the upgrade using httpS instead and see if that helps. If not, we might have to replace the SD card. Hopefully you have a good backup. With kind regards, Michel
