Hi Mark, I do not see any attachments. Can you please forward it with an email to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi apostolakisl, Unfortunately not but I can say that it's very high on our priority. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello robandcathy, Please log back in to your router and make sure that it's pointing to the correct IP address for ISY. After firmware upgrades, ISY reboots and - unless you have setup your ISY with static IP address - your router might give a different IP address. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi David, You should upgrade to 3.2.6. You can use Verizon SMS/Text. Or you can use regular email and then use your_number@vtext.com . With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Rich, It's either ZWave or Zigbee (not both). With kind regards, Michel

Hi Marc, We need to look at the Error Log (Tools | Error Log) instead. Please keep me posted. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi RichTJ99, Yes but it will require simple assembly. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello Chris, Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please go to Help | Manage Modules and follow the instruction on the screen. If you get errors during installation, it usually means that ISY does NOT have access to the Internet. If this is indeed the case - and if you have setup your ISY with a static IP address - please make sure that your Gateway and DNS settings are correct. For DNS, you can always try 4.4.4.4 or 8.8.8.8 which are public DNS' for Google. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello Teken, Thanks so very much for the update. I really do not know what to make of this since my own SWL still not behaving properly. The platform error = -100 means that at some point in time, ISY had a problem getting on the network. Please check your Error Log for network errors. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Rich, Currently, they are functionally identical. 994 has more code memory for future enhancements + an expansion slot that can be used for Zigbee OR ZWave. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Marc, If ISY disappears from your network, it seems to indicate network issues. Would you be kind enough to go to Tools | Error Log and look for any type of network errors. Or, you can send your error log to support@universal-devices.com and we'll take a look. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Marc, I am so very sorry for the inconvenience. In order to better serve you, it would be best to contact our support (links below) so that we can log in to your system and see what may be going on. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Rich, Currently the Zigbee version only supports: RCS Zigbee Thermostats Brultech ECM1240 UDI EM3 3 Phase Energy Monitors The Zigbee version was specifically designed for commercial venues where 3 phase might cause problems. As such, I do not think it would provide you with anything above and beyond 994i series. Furthermore, you can always upgrade later to the Zigbee version (a daughter board with Zigbee radio). With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Todd, Please send your 99is UUID to sales@universal-devices.com and we'll look it up for you. What you should look for is a Google Checkout invoice. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi PigNib, BrianH is right on and the power specs for 994 are the same as those for 99. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello jwagner010, On each device in those scenes, please right mouse click and then choose Diagnostics | Query Insteon Engine. Let me know if that fixes the problem. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello Mr. Zurakowski, V00 means that you did not choose auto discover and thus ISY didn't query your device for the firmware version. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello nowandthen, You can also change your PLM provided that: 1. You restore your backup (File | Restore ISY) 2. Follow up with File | Restore Modem (PLM) With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Brian, Do you have any firewall software on your computer? I do not think clearing the Java cache would help. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello CTBigman, Please make sure that the UI you are using is also at 3.2.6 (Help | About). If you do not get the Replace Option, then the only possibility is that there are no compatible devices that you can replace. Are you replacing with identical devices? With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Brian, Would you be kind enough to explain the behavior you are seeing? We have had many issues with Java 1.7. Also, would you please send your Error Log to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello Audiosports, I am a little confused as to what you are trying to achieve. Is your 994i new (you have not restored a 99i backup)? Also, you are trying to remove links from dead switches? If they are dead, what are we trying to remove? Also, what is a "device viewer"? If ISY is new and if you have many devices that have links to already dead devices, I strongly suggest starting from scratch. As much the thought of manually removing and migrating links seems easy, but I guarantee you (it has proven time and time again) that starting from scratch takes less time, less headache, and less effort. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello mrp, Thank you. I configured my system with FTWR1 station and it seems that there has been no rain yesterday/today. As I have to reconfigure my system back to our station, would you be kind enough to let me know when you have rain-rate > 0? Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello Art, Thanks so very much for the update and I am so very glad everything is back to operational. Hello mrp, Thanks so very much for detailed explanation and your feedback. Would you please go to Configuration | Climate tab and make sure you do indeed have Max Rain Rate listed? I have check a few stations and none provide this element. So, the difference is rain-rate vs. rain-rate-max the former of which is available and the latter is not. Do you get regular rain-rate? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi dgm0522, As LeeG mentioned, there were many problems with Java 7 and they are still unresolved. Please do keep an eye for anomalies and keep us posted. With kind regards, Michel
