  1. Hi dss, Currently Schlage is the one that we have worked on and are confident that it works. Others are in the pipeline. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello rgn2000, I strongly recommend upgrading to 3.2.5. Once that's done, you should look at your error log and see the type of errors you are getting. Sometimes it's a DNS issue and other times it could be network connectivity to the outside world. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello J, I am very confused. That's precisely what those programs do. You can put an OR for dates for the next 10 years. i.e. Christmas Time for the next 10 years. And, you can put those programs as conditions for Folders such as Christmas, New Years, Summer, Spring, etc. The programs you put in those folders will only run if the date conditions are satisfied. If you are looking for conditions without year, we already have that on our list but with A VERY LOW priority simply because you can do the above (there's a workaround). In short, the only difference is to have a list of dates vs. no years. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello ultrajones, Please do be kind enough to take a screenshot of Help | About and send it to support@universal-devices.com . With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello Jdsmooth, Please try the following URL: http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.2.5/admin.jnlp What firewall software do you have on your computer? With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi jimtxas, You can do this without the use of variables. Take a look at Annual Date Programs at the bottom: http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... e#Programs With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello all, I am happy to announce the availability of our 3.2.5 (RC) release! For a list of changes, please take a look at this post. This is a minor release with the hope that it will become our official release. Know Issues None Things to test: - Variable comparison issues as reported in here - Email and notifications - UDAjax/ELK integration Important Information 1. Important If you have already installed a self signed certificate and your current firmware is 2.7.10 and below, you must reinstall a new one before the upgrade. 2. Please note that Safari does not support SSL session reuse and thus might take an exorbitant amount of time to communicate with ISY. As such, when using 2048 bit SSL, it's best not to use Safari. 3. If you are using the Irrigation Module and are upgrading from releases prior to 3.1.5, you must edit the programs using Irrigation variables and save the programs again. Irrigation module is no longer on promotion 4. Upgrading from 3.1.3 and below: If you are using WeatherBug Module's Rain Today in your programs, please note that the precision has changed from 1/10 to 1/100 and thus your programs might not run properly 5. For a discussion of variables, please look at our Program Variables forum. Instructions: 1. Please backup your ISY (File | Backup ISY). If you are backing up a 3.1.6 system, please note that the backups are corrupted. If you have a backup from prior releases, you should be OK 2. Please download the firmware for your platform - please do not unzip ISY 99i Series ISY 994i Series 3. Login to the Admin Console and choose Help | Manually Upgrade [the name of your system] 4. Choose the file saved in step 2 5. After the upgrade, ISY reboots. Please do ensure to clear your Java Cache 6. IMPORTANT Once upgrade is completed and ISY reboots, use any of the following methods to access your ISY's Admin Console: a. http://your.isy.ip.address/admin - applet b. http://your.isy.ip.address/admin.jnlp - Java application c. http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.2.5 - applet d. http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.2.5/admin.jnlp - Java application Dashboard - not fully supported - http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3. ... board.jnlp 8. Please backup your system again Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello hagak, Apart from changing the sensitivity threshold, the few last times that this problem was reported it turned to be a defective unit. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello Jdsmooth, I am so very sorry ... are you looking at the tree or the table to the right? Are they also missing from the table? If so, what's your ISY's firmware version? Unfortunately the only way to add it back is to remove it and then add it back. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello uffy, I am so very sorry to hear. Can you tell me from which store you purchased the unit from? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello matapan, In my personal view, and speaking from a protocol perspective, INSTEON payloads (14 bytes of data) do not lend themselves well for key management and security applications. Door locks must be very secure and that's why ML is one way (not secure to advertise your status). With kind regards, Michel
  12. Niccolo, Your iPhone will work fine with Javascript. You do not have to go back! With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello vbsafire1, May I ask who told you this? ISY99i can handle INSTEON only. We are working (alpha) on ISY994i which can support ZWave (daughter board/dongle) ... this is not wishful thinking. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi sanders2222, There's no "summary" call that would provide you with that information. This said: /rest/nodes gives you a list of devices and scenes in XML /rest/programs gives you a list of programs in XML With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi blueman2, boy, are you certain you don't want to return these devices? Hi Illusion, we shall check into it. Thanks so very much for reporting. With kind regards, Michel
  16. With pleasure! With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello dss, Unfortunately not since a) the Zigbee doorlocks are from Control4 they don't provide any APIs and c) there are not very many interoperable Zigbee devices out there and thus, for consumer use, ZWave is a better choice. We should have a mailing list for Alpha ZWave solution shortly. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello gwpetersburg, Please do make sure your network settings (Configuration | System | Network Settings) are correct. Specifically, please make sure your DNS/Gateway are correct. If you are using DHCP, then please make sure your router’s firewall is not blocking ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Jim/dss, We are currently alpha testing the INSTEON/ZWave solution. This said, I really cannot give an ETA mostly because of all the certification requirements. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello Teken/blueman2, We are trying to get to the bottom of the SWL relay issue ... we shall keep you both updated. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Ken, Welcome to our forum! Yes, most providers have email addresses for their services. So, for instance, SMS to Verizon used to be: your_phone_number@vztext.com .... Who's your service provider? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi LeeG/blueman2, I tend to agree with LeeG: there's certainly a firmware issue with this device. This said, I am not sure why only releases 3.2.x cause it to misbehave. We have to take yet another look. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Niccolo, As you may have noticed, we have changed our basic HTML page with a little nicer UI which uses Javascript. As long as your mobile phone supports Javascript, then yes ... this should be fixed after the upgrade. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Niccolo, Yes, we added ELK back in for our next drop (3.2.5) hopefully by the end of next week. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Jeff, Please click on 0B.4C.89.A within the All Indoor Lights scene and then check the on level/ramp rate for the other two devices. Please do keep us posted. If you're still having problems (and 4/5 days must be quite frustrating) please do not hesitate to contact our tech support team (contact info below) and we'll walk you through it. With kind regards, Michel
