Hello fasttimes, Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please do not factory reset. We have to figure out what's causing this problem. If you have Error and Mem light blinking simultaneously, then the problem is that ISY is not able to get an IP address from your router. If this is not the case, please do be kind enough to call us (or submit a ticket) so that we can get to the root cause. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Paul, It's quite possible that IP pool assigned to you is not routable. Does your Westell have remote admin functionality? If so, can you get to "it" remotely? If we can figure out that we can get to your router remotely, then the rest should be easy. If we cannot even get to your router, then unfortunately there's not much you can do except trying one of the portal partners (such as MobiLinc Connect). With kind regards, Michel

You cannot communicate with any device that ISY does NOT know about (i.e. ISY need a driver for devices to which it communicates) -Zigbee PRO radio allows you to communicate with RCS devices, Brultech ECM1240, our own energy monitor. -Zigbee SEP (waiting for certification) communicates with Smart Meters

Hello ralbright, This is not normal at all. There's surely something else going on above and beyond the firewall issue. Can you please check your Error Log and let me know if there are any errors? Also, do you have any programs that keep on running and trying to do things to INSTEON? I suspect something is working over time and thus all the symptoms. With kind regards, Michel

Hello ralbright, Sincere apologies for tardy reply. As always, we have a dedicated tech support team who'd be delighted to help out. The problem is this: 1. You had two clients running at the same time (i.e. Admin Consoles) 2. One of them made changes to programs and saved 3. The other one, for some reason, was not notified of the change and tried to save again (now using an invalid state) So, what you need to do is to click the Undo Changes at the bottom of the Program Details tab on all your clients (or just restart them). Hello jtara92101, Thanks so very much for the information. I think the problem may be the SD Card itself as your unit is probably one from the first batch of 99is (128MB SD Card) ... that should be more than 3 years ago. By using https I mean connecting to ISY using https and not http. As long as your unit works, just keep an eye and when it stops working (you'll see a blinking error light) then simply change the SD Card. As long as you are on 3.1.17, you can use any SD Card up to 16GB. With kind regards, Michel
