  1. I don't think so. You can always look at /var/isy/FILES/LOG/debug.log to see whether or not the issue was connectivity with the dongle. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @bradshawkyle, in addition to excellent suggestions by @stillwater, when this happens next, please check the Last Run Time column for your program. If the time is accurate, then the problem is signal (for INSTEON) and ISP/carrier/SMTP server (for notifications). If the times are not correct either, then either the clock in 994 is dying or you have other conditions in the program the impact the time. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @JTsao, Unfortunately, we never tested this simply because we never knew anyone actually used it successfully (the newer machines require authentication which we never supported). I'll put this on the list. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @Techman, Is this Zooz 700 Series dongle? Please note that I had provided the wrong model number before. Does it have a yellow cap? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Apologies: /WEB/index.htm With kind regards, Michel
  6. @brians, Thank you by Polisy rebooting do you mean IoP (ISY on Polisy)? Or, does the actual box reboots? With kind regards, Michel
  7. @JTsao, It's https://ip:8443/index.htm . With kind regards, Michel
  8. @brians, thank you. Also, are you using PG3 or PG2? That's a cosmetic error. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @lilyoyo1, Please send your UUID to support. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @mwester, That's the whole purpose behind node servers: you define commands, NLS, parameters, UOMs, and then the rest is automatic. Have to figure out who can do this for Z-Wave because, unlike other node servers, _we_ do the development. With kind regards, Michel
  11. @brians, What's the power supply for your Polisy 1A or 1.5A? With kind regards, Michel
  12. @lilyoyo1, If cloud works but local does not work, sudo pkg remove isy sudo pkg install isy With kind regards, Michel
  13. @lilyoyo1, Factory reset: press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. So, even if you use Admin Console | Cloud, you don't get anything? With kind regards, Michel
  14. @ase, If you can define a database that complies with node server schema, we can probably use it because I'm 5x, Z-Wave devices are node server based. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Here we go again with doom and gloom. It's been 17 years now and we're still here. It's just so exhausting. With kind regards, Michel
  16. These are called Manufacturer Specific parameters. It would be impossible for us to map 1000s of manufacturer specific parameters and keep them up to date. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @bigDvette, thank you very much for the details. I do not understand the question above. With PG3, you can have it point to multiple ISYs. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @DDavidson, I suspect you didn't read the instructions for migrating to 5.3.4 (backup 300 Z-Wave and restore to 500). So, perhaps it is time to can 994 since, most probably, you are not aware of all the other advancements (such as Polisy and node servers) either. Good luck. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @waffles, THANK YOU! With kind regards, Michel
  20. Only two cases: 1. You also replaced the PLM bud didn't restore 2. Your PLM lost its link ... so, it's probably going to die soon With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi @Tassos, No, not at all. With kind regard, Michel
  22. Yes, that's what I was suggesting. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @larryllix, You need to set the parameters to real time updates. You need to look at their specs: Engineering Sheets (PDF Downloadable) : Aeotec Help Desk (freshdesk.com) With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello everyone, sincere apologies ... I had a link to the wrong dongle. What you need is this one. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @waffles, Polyglot Settings: Host: localhost Port: 8080 Use Https: Unchecked With kind regards, Michel
