  1. @brians, Thank you by Polisy rebooting do you mean IoP (ISY on Polisy)? Or, does the actual box reboots? With kind regards, Michel
  2. @JTsao, It's https://ip:8443/index.htm . With kind regards, Michel
  3. @brians, thank you. Also, are you using PG3 or PG2? That's a cosmetic error. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @lilyoyo1, Please send your UUID to support. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @mwester, That's the whole purpose behind node servers: you define commands, NLS, parameters, UOMs, and then the rest is automatic. Have to figure out who can do this for Z-Wave because, unlike other node servers, _we_ do the development. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @brians, What's the power supply for your Polisy 1A or 1.5A? With kind regards, Michel
  7. @lilyoyo1, If cloud works but local does not work, sudo pkg remove isy sudo pkg install isy With kind regards, Michel
  8. @lilyoyo1, Factory reset: press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. So, even if you use Admin Console | Cloud, you don't get anything? With kind regards, Michel
  9. @ase, If you can define a database that complies with node server schema, we can probably use it because I'm 5x, Z-Wave devices are node server based. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Here we go again with doom and gloom. It's been 17 years now and we're still here. It's just so exhausting. With kind regards, Michel
  11. These are called Manufacturer Specific parameters. It would be impossible for us to map 1000s of manufacturer specific parameters and keep them up to date. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @bigDvette, thank you very much for the details. I do not understand the question above. With PG3, you can have it point to multiple ISYs. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @DDavidson, I suspect you didn't read the instructions for migrating to 5.3.4 (backup 300 Z-Wave and restore to 500). So, perhaps it is time to can 994 since, most probably, you are not aware of all the other advancements (such as Polisy and node servers) either. Good luck. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @waffles, THANK YOU! With kind regards, Michel
  15. Only two cases: 1. You also replaced the PLM bud didn't restore 2. Your PLM lost its link ... so, it's probably going to die soon With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi @Tassos, No, not at all. With kind regard, Michel
  17. Yes, that's what I was suggesting. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @larryllix, You need to set the parameters to real time updates. You need to look at their specs: Engineering Sheets (PDF Downloadable) : Aeotec Help Desk (freshdesk.com) With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello everyone, sincere apologies ... I had a link to the wrong dongle. What you need is this one. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @waffles, Polyglot Settings: Host: localhost Port: 8080 Use Https: Unchecked With kind regards, Michel
  21. @Tassos, Thank you very much! Perhaps you can become a distributor in EU (Polisy) ?. Without getting into too much details, we had no choice because we had to do Z-Wave Plus Certification and that only works with 500 series and above. So, we left 300 series with 4.9 and made 500 series certified with Z-Wave. Again, you can use release 5.1 if you want to use 300 series. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @brains, Are you using the following settings? Host: localhost Port: 8080 Use Https: unchecked With kind regards, Michel
  23. @asbril, Paypal through ISY Portal. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @Tassos, As you may recall, we had this conversation when you decided to use ISY in Europe and I could not dissuade you. So, I am so very sorry, but we don't even have an EU version of the 500 series dongle. You can always revert to 5.1 and use the existing dongle while keeping 5x features. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @brians, not automatically. We certainly had our not very positive experiences with Avahi and mDNS. Our goal is to use those ports as switched network ports so that you won't need extra switches. With kind regards, Michel
