  1. Dear PGC Polyglot Users, Again, sincere apologies for the inconvenience. After further investigation, and due to the serious nature of the flaw, we have decided to redesign PGC from scratch. At the moment, and regretfully, we do not have an ETA yet. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi @DennisC, No, please send as is. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @DennisC, Would you please send your IoP error log to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
  4. @DennisC, Thanks so very much for the feedback. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Dennis, definitely a bug. Thanks so very much for reporting. Just to be clear, was this just the custom notifications? With kind regards, Michel
  6. @btreinders, I think it would have behooved you to read what @Techman was telling you. It would have saved you tons of time. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @asbril, I am very very surprised. Is this the case for all your switches? With kind regards, Michel

Hello everyone, First of all, thank you for all those paid for node servers: last month was the first month that developers got paid! Secondly, thank you to those developers who have been working so very hard to migrate their node servers to PG3. My hope is that, eventually, we can reduce the price for Polisy and recoup our investment by node server sales. This way, not only the ecosystem gets expanded but we can have a higher level of certainty that the node servers are supported. With kind regards, Michel
  9. All, captured everything here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide With kind regards, Michel
  10. @JTsao, let's start with motion sensors. Are they in a scene or through programs in Polisy? I don't think Zooz would be the cause because a) INSTEON is at 832Mhz and Z-Wave is at 916Mhz and b) I don't have this problem at the office. Are communications to your dual band devices always reliable? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Dear Polyglot Cloud (PGC) User: During a recent security audit of PGC infrastructure, we found a security vulnerability that might expose node server configurations, some of which include sensitive data. As such, and with great regret, we had to disable PGC till such time that the vulnerability no longer poses a threat. Rest assured that we have not been hacked and this is only a preventative measure. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. In the meantime, if you already have a Polisy - with the exception of Ring and Sonos - all other node servers are already supported in Polisy. Ring and Sonos are being ported as we speak. If you have ever considered a Polisy, in addition to the 20% discount (Z9F44G4R), for those of you who have Ring or Sonos node servers, we offer an additional $30 store credit. Again, sincere apologies. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @Snibley, is this on ISY on Polisy (IoP)? With kind regards, Michel
  13. @upstatemike, correct. @asbril, association is rare but I am surprised there are no scenes. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Seno, and there lies the problem. If those devices supported native Z-Wave scene, you would see either Scene or Association in the dropbox. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @roberthleeii, Thank you. If you are on 5.3.4, and if Scene or Association do not show up in the dropdown (when you drag/drop them into the scene and click on each), then those devices are not capable of supporting Z-Wave scenes. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @johnstonf, Local on the SD Card. And, when you backup ISY, it's backed automatically. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @roberthleeii, Do you see Scene or Association in the drop down? With kind regards, Michel
  18. @JAbraham, Apologies. You can add a new email address, make it Admin, and then remove the old one. Yes, this will change how you login. Your username (JAbraham) cannot be changed. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @drprm1, Did you try 10000? Also, the error means that the server is returning 401 which means it does not like your credentials. With kind regards, Michel

Admin Console only works with Java 8 and, hopefully soon, with no Java. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @roberthleeii, If they are indeed scene controller: 1. Create a scene 2. Drag and drop the controller as Controller 3. Drap and drop others as Responders Click on the Controller within the newly created scene and that choose Z-Wave Scene or Z-Wave association for each responder. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @waffles, Thank you very much. It's very interesting that Synology does not require WOL authentication! With kind regards, Michel
  23. @JAbraham, 1. Go to http://my.isy.io 2. Login 3. Click on the User tab and either change your email or add a new one With kind regards, Michel
  24. @Jimbo, Haven't released it yet. We have a massive release for both UDX and ISY using the TPM chip. Should be by the end of this coming week. With kind regards, Michel
