  1. @larryllix, After careful consideration of tasks/timelines, WOL is better suited as a node server and will not be included. The reason is that a) we do not have anything to test with and b) there are existing python and node.js libraries that can help (IoP is in c/c++). Modulus, looking into it. With kind regards, Michel
  2. I am working with @CopyRon on his ticket. I think mongo has been mongoosed. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Almost but not yet. Not yet ... but, I'd be the first one to want to get rid of that monstrosity ... don't get me wrong, it's a great database for unstructured data and the cloud (ISY Portal uses it) but it's not a good data store for structured data (such as what we have for node servers). With kind regards, Michel
  4. @wmcneil, Please try the button. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello Everyone, This is the support thread for IoP v5.4.4: With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello all, We are very happy to introduce IoP v5.4.4 which is mostly a bug fix release. If you are new to Polisy, please do make sure to review Polisy User Guide. To upgrade, you have a few choices: - Click the button on the front of the unit only once and wait for the beep - In the Admin Console, click on Help | Automatically Upgrade Polisy menu Bug fixes: Insteon PIR 2844 flags Fix for corrupted link files which caused problems for Adjust Scene and system stability Enhancements: Added Polisy Reboot, Upgrade All Packages, and Upgrade BIOS to the Admin Console | Configuration tab Important Note: Please go to Admin Console | Configuration tab. If Upgrade BIOS is not grayed out, please click it so that your BIOS is upgraded to UEFI. You need UEFI TPM and security. Support Thread: With kind regards, Michel
  7. It will work but it will miss a lot of features that are burned into the firmware in our dongle. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Yes but not all Z-wave devices are OTA capable. We have not looked at it yet. But, we will surely look into it. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Stu, When this happens, what do you get from the Z-Wave menu? With kind regards, Michel
  10. @andrew77, If you cannot telnet, and if the error light is not blinking, then ISY is not on the same network: Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com) With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello everyone, This is 100% our fault and it shall be rectified: 1. We are working on a combined Z-Wave/Matter board that gets installed inside + antennas coming out from the sides: - It will be field upgradable (so you won't need Studio etc.) - Z-Wave will have many diagnostics features + S2 2. We will have a utility that will backup your Zooz dongle: 3. You can restore the Zooz backup into the new dongle 4. For those who purchased Zooz from us, the total cost of the Zooz dongle will be discounted from the new dongle Currently, we are shooting for end of June for testing and mid September for GA. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @andrew77, I did respond to your ticket on Friday and explicitly asked you to try a different power supply. With kind regards, Michel

@apostolakisl, I agree with you ... You can use them as extra ports just like a switch (added this feature in 5.4.0): With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi All, apologies. Yes, EOL (ETL is similar to UL). Yes, Nokia Hub is using an EOL ESP32. Yes, HUB Pro is what was scrapped by SmartHome. I am using one right now (thanks to our most esteemed friend who's helping us with all this). It works great! It's compact, cool, and lovely all around. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Ah, yes, I definitely need to have a consolidated update thread. Here's the update from a few minutes ago: With kind regards, Michel
  17. @kzboray, congrats!!! BUT, please do not stop Polyglot yet. UDX depends on Polyglot mqtt server to communicate with ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @bpwwer, it's cached in Angular! I hate that thing!!!!! With kind regards, Michel
  19. @oskrypuch, Thank you very much! Some more updates: 1. There might be hope for those who have Hub IIs ... there's a high likelihood that they can be converted to a PLM 2. It's become evident that manufacturing 2413S/U is probably not going to happen since some of the parts are ETL'd, and 3 others are not available for another 18 months 3. Our focus is now on PLM Pro which was designed by our very good friend at SH but was sacked in favor of the Nokia hub So, I think we'll have a very short term solution (Hub II) and a longer term solution (PLM Pro). I shall keep you all posted. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @jmbraben, Please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  21. I have experienced the same. I blame Angular. With kind regards, Michel
  22. +1000000 But, they asked us to give them a business case as to how we can help them increase their sale. With kind regards, Michel
  23. If you are using binary encoding, then you must use the decimal version of \r and \n. The table @kzboray provided has Line feed 10 Carriage return 13 With kind regards, Michel
  24. @Stagehand, ISY service is not running. Please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  25. It's a little problematic because, although you can control the backlight on a KPL button, you cannot have it send a command (as if you are physically clicking it). So, without some acrobatics that will definitely cause all on/off issues, you cannot get away with only one scene. With kind regards, Michel
