  1. @FBoucher, When on, can you communicate with INSTEON devices? Also, is Update BIOS grayed out in Configuration tab? With kind regards, Michel
  2. @larryllix, If you can send me the error log when things go bad, I can take a look. Currently, I really do not see why NRbridge would cause this issue. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @Bumbershoot, thank you for the feedback. I'll discuss with @xKing. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Please let me know the improvements you need. I will talk to the genius behind it's development. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @larryllix, What other software are you running? With kind regards, Michel
  6. @larryllix, Would love to get to the bottom of these issues. So, please do let me know what other anomalies you see and we'll get it taken care of. I do know we have a crash for due to a Z-Wave db corruption. And, X10 received signals are not formatted properly. And, web server files in network resources cannot be deleted. Apart from that, I am not aware of any other serious bugs. With kind regards, Michel
  7. At the huge rate of PLM deaths per week, I hope a) PLMs were included in the order and b) months does not mean years. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @Bumbershoot, It should work. It calls the same functions in polisy. The only reason it's not advertised is because it's not thoroughly tested. @larryllix, Is polisy configuration identical to your 994? @palayman, There are 1000s of polisys running IoP. Just because 1 or 2 have problems should not prevent you from upgrading. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @larryllix, Thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @sjpbailey, You just point your PG3 to your IOP: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Polisy_.28PG3.29_Dashboard With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi @SSchmidt, Unfortunately. You can use any 12V 2A power supply. You can also purchase from us: https://www.universal-devices.com/product/12v-1a-power-supply/ With kind regards, Michel
  12. If you are experiencing "connection refused" for ssh, please click on the Upgrade Packages in the Admin Console. With kind regards, Michel
  13. The only reason I am responding to this topic is to make sure this topic is stopped because it does nothing but create confusion. Beeps are there in lieu of a progress bar which we are working on. There's absolutely no way to describe all the different permutation of beeps that you may experience. For instance, if the upgrade process installs udx or isy, then those have their own set of beeps. So, for now, the best thing to do is to not upgrade unless you are sent an email to upgrade. Once we have the progress bar working, then you can upgrade as many times as @macjeff does (once every second). In any case, the issue of crash and corrupted user database has been fixed. If and only if you are experiencing this issue, please click on the upgrade button. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @JBanaszak, this is very very strange. Have you tried clicking on the Upgrade Packages button in the Admin Console? With kind regards, Michel
  15. @JTsao, What do you mean by "sometimes the button presses get backed up"? With kind regards, Michel
  16. That would be a great idea! A better idea would be to let us transform Nokia hubs to PLMs With kind regards, Michel
  17. @hart2hart, thank you so very much for asking. Unfortunately not at the moment. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello all, The issue is that we migrated all ssh pkg commands to the Admin Console to ensure the correct sequence of things are done. For instance, migrating from 12 to 13 required all those scripts (10% failed). Upgrade from 13 to 13.1 has a bug that corrupts the password file. By using the button in the Admin Console, the system will figure out which scripts should be run to avoid all these problems. The biggest issue was that, except a mention in release notes, I didn't advertise this fact. Given the millions of times we asked everyone to use pkg update/upgrade, OS version 13 was moved to 13.1 and thus corrupted the password file. The fix is rather simple using what was described by @mwester. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @Techman, Still waiting to hear back. No news ... With kind regards, Michel
  20. Past tense for us. I am not sure about INSTEON tech. It was part of the sale in such a way that the buyer is responsible to pay all the past dues/storage fees/etc. to the storage company and/or somehow come to an agreement. With kind regards, Michel
  21. In storage. But it would be impossible to sell them without another contract with Nokia (we did have a call with them). With kind regards, Michel
  22. @dcard, yes, we have been thinking about the same and currently working on two fronts: 1. Internal Z-Wave/Zigbee board for Polisy 2. For new customers, considering Polisy-mini which has a smaller form factor + mounting brackets. Z-Wave/Zigbee will be external dongles, this way, we can address not only the size but also improve the range With kind regards, Michel
  23. Sincere apologies to all. We tried very hard to get Ring to officially provide us with the APIs. But, they want a business plan etc. to approve us. We are working on it. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @jec6613, yes, we should have the first samples in 10 days. We shall keep you all posted. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @4wireE&M, I responded to your ticket. Are you still having this issue? With kind regards, Michel
