  1. @Prana electric, we moved to Amazon SES. Please remove the whole thread. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello everyone, recently, we moved our email delivery to Amazon SES. Please try the default again ... it's much better now. With kind regards, Michel
  3. All, we may have some good news about PLMs (next week). Stay tuned. With kind regards, Michel
  4. It's quite possible but I cannot fathom why because we are not on any blacklist and our server IP has spectacular reputation. With kind regards, Michel
  5. This should be fixed now. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @bpwwer, I have no clue .... I sent the link to @Chris Jahn. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @Ross, I don't think we have any tickets from you. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @macjeff, Database issue we're trying to resolve. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @Bumbershoot, We'll look into it. It should work. @Geddy, The difference between 994 and polisy is: for 994, you need to upload the whole zip file into 994. That's why the portal is not a good idea. On Polisy, the packages are downloaded by Polisy. So, portal would be very similar to clicking the button on the Update Packages button. This said, since it's not working, it's best to use the Admin Console locally. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @vbphil, Yes, it means IoP could not resolve my.isy.io to an IP. This usually happens if you configure Polisy with static IP configuration and DNS servers are not correct. With kind regards, Michel
  11. @TJF1960, Definitely not buffoons. Just different priorities. As much as it stings, it's understandable. With kind regards, Michel
  12. I spoke to Ken twice, the last time of which he said he'd let me know soon. That was well over 3 weeks ago. At this juncture, it's relatively obvious that the PLM is less of a priority than other things, and that's perfectly fine. We just don't have the bandwidth to chase after it. I do apologize. With kind regards, Michel
  13. At the moment, knowing, zip, zilch, zero ... I think we are slowly going back to the dark ages. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @FBoucher, Thank you. What version of IoP are you on? With kind regards, Michel
  15. @FBoucher, When on, can you communicate with INSTEON devices? Also, is Update BIOS grayed out in Configuration tab? With kind regards, Michel
  16. @larryllix, If you can send me the error log when things go bad, I can take a look. Currently, I really do not see why NRbridge would cause this issue. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @Bumbershoot, thank you for the feedback. I'll discuss with @xKing. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Please let me know the improvements you need. I will talk to the genius behind it's development. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @larryllix, What other software are you running? With kind regards, Michel
  20. @larryllix, Would love to get to the bottom of these issues. So, please do let me know what other anomalies you see and we'll get it taken care of. I do know we have a crash for due to a Z-Wave db corruption. And, X10 received signals are not formatted properly. And, web server files in network resources cannot be deleted. Apart from that, I am not aware of any other serious bugs. With kind regards, Michel
  21. At the huge rate of PLM deaths per week, I hope a) PLMs were included in the order and b) months does not mean years. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @Bumbershoot, It should work. It calls the same functions in polisy. The only reason it's not advertised is because it's not thoroughly tested. @larryllix, Is polisy configuration identical to your 994? @palayman, There are 1000s of polisys running IoP. Just because 1 or 2 have problems should not prevent you from upgrading. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @larryllix, Thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @sjpbailey, You just point your PG3 to your IOP: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Polisy_.28PG3.29_Dashboard With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi @SSchmidt, Unfortunately. You can use any 12V 2A power supply. You can also purchase from us: https://www.universal-devices.com/product/12v-1a-power-supply/ With kind regards, Michel
