  1. Hello all, unfortunately we had to change the ETA due to all the hoops we had to go through to get the units shipped. Currently, the shipment is in the Los Angeles area and scheduled to be delivered by 11/16 (DHL). We shall keep you up to date with all updates. With kind regards, Michel
  2. As soon as we update our website + literature. Probably in a week to 10 days. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello everyone, apologies for the radio silence. We were waiting for the 2nd set of samples because the first ones didn't work. So, the second set arrived, all tested OK, and the first shipment is to arrive by 12/20. Here are some pictures for your enjoyment. 1. QR Code allows you to setup WiFi from your UD Mobile 2. In case you feel like connecting your eisy to an HDMI monitor (or 2) With kind regards, Michel Michel
  4. @fahrvergnuugen, The fact that the unit is not working after power outage tells me that perhaps the SD Card has also gone bad. So, short answer: at your own risk. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @fahrvergnuugen, It's best to restore a backup to the other ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @DaveStLou, https://www.universal-devices.com/product/isy994-zs-pro/#openadr-certificate With kind regards, Michel
  7. @Illusion, I think it might just be too slow (due some website issues). Otherwise, can you please use Java Preferences | Advanced | Check all Log + Traces AND check Show Console. Restart IoX Launcher and then choose cloud. What do you see in the Java Console? With kind regards, Michel
  8. @DaveStLou, Yes, connects directly to the Smart Meter. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello everyone, not normal and I cannot reproduce. Can you please click on the Add button and enter https://1.2.3.4:8443/desc (replace 1.2.3.4 with the actual IP of Polisy). Do you get Cloud on this one? With kind regards, Michel
  10. @bgrubb1, yes, you can migrate 300 to 500 on 994, back it up, and then 500 to ZMatter. With kind regards, Michel
  11. @asbril, It's not yet out. It'll be out shortly though. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Already fixed. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @Rob, Of course, we would love to support them. Hopefully he can find the API docs + PLM. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @TFay, Please send an email to sales@universal-devices.com. At the minimum, you get to have ISY Developer membership free of charge. This way, when eisy is available, you can use it to buy one. With kind regards, Michel
  15. The latest isy code has a utility that backs up the Zooz and restores on ZMatter. It can also restore 500 series backup from 994. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @TFay, have you considered making these into node servers? With kind regards, Michel
  17. It's possible because Z-Wave is only started after programs are initialized and run. If you feel like it, 1. sudo service isy stop 2. sudo mv /var/isy/FILES/CONF /var/isy/FILES/CONF.GOOD 3. sudo service isy start 4. Admin Console | Configuration | Check Z-Wave Support, Save, Restart IoP Does the Z-Wave menu come back up? With kind regards, Michel
  18. I totally agree with @upstatemike. Once Polisy is configured for your purposes, it should work and should not require any updates. We had mastered this paradigm for 994, alas, it's taken us a lot longer to master it for Polisy. But, I assure you that a) that's our #1 goal and 2) we are getting there. I do apologize for the inconvenience. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello everyone, Apologies for the radio silence. We got the samples and, unfortunately, the basic version (4G/64GB) didn't work as expected. So, just so that we save time, we decided to have an 8GB/64GB to start with which works fabulously nicely! Waiting for 2 more samples. I think we can still make mid November. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @MWareman, Yes, I contacted him and he mentioned that, due to health reasons, he no longer has time to handle support. Did you pay for this node server? If so, please do let me know and we'll refund you. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @GTench, Have you also changed routers? If so, it could be that your computer is not on the same subnet as polisy anymore. With kind regards, Michel
  23. For the sake of transparency, last week Ken asked me whether or not we would like to add support for their Topaz line (x Nokia). I asked two questions in return: a) do you have API docs and b) status of PLM. Based on the answers I got, we would not be supporting these devices till we have both or commission from the sales to our customers. In essence, I don't want to go bankrupt with reverse engineering, tech support, and without the ability to recoup our investment. Perhaps there are other arrangements such as selling the firmware. But, since we are not equipped with firmware upgrade sales, it's going to take be a major effort to move to that business model. Hopefully they get the PLMs soon and thus all the above will be moot. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @pinlawr, It's normal if the network resource times out or if the device does not respond. So, the main question is: do they work? With kind regards, Michel
  25. @MWareman, Neither do I. Have you contacted the developer? If you have not heard back, please submit a ticket and we'll try to contact him/her. With kind regards, Michel
