  3. @to_lighter, System -10108 Check log : someone/something is trying to login to your ISY with incorrect credentials. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @maxnorth, Are you certain that this works on a regular computer? With kind regards, Michel
  5. @TrojanHorse, Thank you. If you have more than 100 devices and many programs that do things based on status of those devices, then UD Queue Full is normal. What I normally suggest is to have a folder with a state variable as condition. Put all your programs that should NOT do anything based on the status of devices after a reboot, in that folder. Then, have a program that runs at start up and the sole purpose of which is to set the variable on the folder. i.e. If <nothing goes here> Then Set variable <$ready_to_run> to 0 Wait 2 minutes Set variable <$ready_to_run> to 1 Folder Condition If $ready_to_run is 1 With kind regards, Michel
  6. @Xathros, We don't have any tickets from you. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @WFP, Yes, very normal. You can increase the short poll time. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @Bumbershoot, thank you very much! @Xathros, while you are in ssh, I strongly suggest upgrading your OS as well: curl -s https://pkg.isy.io/script/update121.sh | sudo bash With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi @asbril, Me too! What I don't like is that it will require yet another certification! With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi @TrojanHorse, 1. Next time MobiLinc locks up, please do not reboot ISY. Please stop MobiLinc and wait 5 minutes and see whether or not the issue gets resolved 2. /CONF/ELKXPRT.XML error means that you didn't export anything to ELK. Is that the case? If not, you will need to create a new export file (this file might be corrupt) 3. UD Queue Full message might be normal. But, before doing that, please try disabling ELK and see what happens to the logs after reboot With kind regards, Michel
  11. @x046866x, Do you get two independent emails? With kind regards, Michel
  12. @asbril, Not yet. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @TrojanHorse, Please check your programs for infinite loops. Or, check your log to see what's creating all these events. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Mike, Things are slowly going back to normal. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @carealtor, of course not. i.e. ISY Portal vs. MobiLinc Connect ... it's just more choices for our customers. With kind regards, Michel
  16. 12/03/2020 Update Things are slowly going back to normal. There were a few ISYs which were sending text messages every second to phone numbers that may have been changed. Plus, there were some spammers using our mail relay. Again, it's always much better and more secure to use a dummy gmail account specifically for this purpose: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY994:Configure_Mail_Server_Settings#Configuring_gmail_Account Hello all, Within the past 2 days, we had a dramatic increase in the number of mail messages through our mail server some of which was spam. While we investigate the root cause, we may have to intermittently shutdown the mail server. As such, and with regret, you might experience not getting your email alerts and texts. In the meantime, it's always much better and more secure to use a dummy gmail account specifically for this purpose: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY994:Configure_Mail_Server_Settings#Configuring_gmail_Account With sincere apologies, Michel
  17. @gviliunas, Please submit bug reports to our github the link for which was in the email. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @MMAltair, We have had a huge surge in our mail server traffic some of which was spam. We are trying to filter out the spam and reduce the workload. In the meantime, please create a dummy gmail account and follow the instructions here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY994:Configure_Mail_Server_Settings#Configuring_gmail_Account With kind regards, Michel
  19. @stephan, Yes, please login to your account, and make sure you subscribe to Developer News and Announcements (which is the same group who got the Android emails). With kind regards, Michel

  21. Hello all, Our Android version of UD Mobile app is ready for testing. It fully supports all types of INSTEON, Z-Wave, and node servers (Ecobee, Tesla, Ring, etc.). Shortly, I am going to send an email to those who have signed up for developer news. UD Mobile works only with 5x version of ISY Firmware. The IOS version is in the works as well and should be available for testing soon. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @inovermyhead, If everything works on iMac, then it's just the cache. Not sure why clearing cache on one device would clear the cache on all devices. It seems a little strange. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @inovermyhead, If you don't have the same issue on your computer, please clear the browser cache. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @SHladysh, Please try: System Preferences, General, Prefer Tabs - set it to "in full screen" (not "always"). With kind regards, Michel
  25. @macjeff, Please submit a ticket (not addressed directly to me). With kind regards,
