  1. @lilyoyo1, THANK YOU! With kind regards, Michel
  2. @Xathros, I suspect it's the cache in the browser. Can you please do any of the following and let me know: 1. Hit the refresh button on the browser 2. Clear the cache in the browser 3. If you have another browser, please try it With kind regards, Michel
  3. @MrBill, Precisely and thank you. And, if the same utility companies paid us to develop an app, we would do it in a heartbeat. Again, an extremely large percentage of our revenue comes from those contracts and not SmartHome. Additionally, Z-Wave+ certification wrecked havoc in all our normal processes including bug fixes. Things should go smoother in a couple of weeks (we already got Z-Wave+ certified). And, finally, soon there will be announcement of the latest addition to our team who will be 100% focused on app/UI development. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi @asbril, yes! Thank you very very much. It was quite a painful and very expensive process. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @madcodger, no LED equals to 500 series. @KSchex, 5.2.0 will be the official release. The only thing holding us back was Z-Wave Plus certification. And we got certified this week. Just have to put the finishing touches. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @palayman, No, you should see a green light and not a red light. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @palayman, Do you see a green icon next to your ISY in the portal? With kind regards, Michel

@dbwarner5, I totally understand your sentiments and that was what we actually tried: we spent $$$ just to be shutdown by SmartHome (I am using one of the first ones we built at home). The long and painful history of having to deal with SmartHome/Labs has me completely jaded. So, I very much doubt this will ever happen. With kind regards, Michel

@GQuack, https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=INSTEON_No_Status_Feedback_From_Devices With kind regards, Michel
  10. @Mil, Did you factory reset the Z-Wave dongle? If so, the only way to get your Z-Wave nodes back is if and only if you have a Z-Wave backup. With kind regards, Michel
  11. @mbrossart, The reason is (and I am going to be harsh here): you decided to upgrade your ISY to a version that's dedicated to our SCE pilot customers and it says so explicitly. Please follow reinstall 5.2.0 following all the relevant INSTRUCTIONS: With kind regards, Michel
  12. @memphis2k, Don't really know what else to suggest apart from trying to make your private key/cert into .pfx format (PKCS12) and try it that way. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @maxnorth, Not really sure what "this" is referring to. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @kclenden, THANK YOU THANK YOU! With kind regards, Michel
  15. @bh56, Whenever the status changes (from off to on) and it's within 11:00PM to 7:00AM (next day), you will get the notification. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @mbrossart, Please do make sure you are using the launcher and that your UI/Firmware have the same number. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @carealtor, Those programs are disabled?! With kind regards, Michel
  18. @memphis2k, I suspect it's due to using 5.0.16 UI which might have an expired cert. Is it possible to upgrade to 5.2.0? If you have a good backup, it's best to restore it rather than deleting files. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @memphis2k, Do you get any errors in the Java Console? With kind regards, Michel
  20. @Goose66, We don't have any tickets from you. If you don't have any Z-Wave nodes, then you can upgrade to 5.2.0 without any issues. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @memphis2k, Can you please retry and, this time, do not include the intermediate certs? Also, are you certain the cert you are getting is 2048 bits (not 4096)? With kind regards, Michel
  22. @Wingsy, Excellent. You might also want to enable DHCP reservation. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Yes. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @gzahar, Thank you. It's fixed. @bobchap, it means that you can really do not have to upgrade your ISY software if you want to stay with 300 series. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @asbril, Thank you but it's not about the quality. It's about getting ZW+ certification for Polisy (not just the dongle) since Polisy is a controller. With kind regards, Michel
