  1. @Samedarkclouds, The post you are referring to is from 3 days ago BUT you never read it and started another thread complaining about the same thing. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @Samedarkclouds, I am sorry but you do NOT read any responses. Here's my response to your repeated falsehoods here (from Tuesday): With kind regards, Michel
  3. @asbril, Thank you for reporting. A ticket would be much better to track. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @JKilbourn, I am so very sorry to hear. I know you have a ticket and Chris is working on resolving it. Regardless, if you want to go back, what you need to do is this: 1. Factory reset your ISY (make sure you have a good backup of both 5.x and 4.x) 2. Put the 300 series back 3. Downgrade to 4.8 4. Restore a 4.8 backup 5. Do Z-Wave | Tools | Synchronize | All With kind regards, Michel
  5. @poormonkey, I agree with @lilyoyo1 ... you don't have to upgrade to 5.x. This said, I strongly suggest upgrading to 4.8 (our 4x official release). Make sure you take a backup and then click on Help | Automatically upgrade ... as long as you are already using the Launcher, this should be pretty much it. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @Samedarkclouds, English please. Or, at least, use Google translate. And, may I humbly suggest reading responses to your posts before repeating fallacies and falsehoods of your own making that have already been answered? With kind regards, Michel
  7. @Samedarkclouds, 1. You have to be a little more specific. Unfortunately we cannot solve generic feelings of dark-clouds 2. We have a dedicated tech support. Perhaps we might be able to help remove some of those same-dark-clouds? With kind regards, Michel
  8. A little background: we have been in business for 13 years, supported INSTEON for 12 years, and were subjected to their incessant attempts to replace ISY with their own thing for 11 years (8 attempts in total). So, about 6 years ago, we decided to make our own PLMs but, thankfully - SmartHome being SmartHome - prevented us from doing so. So, 5 years ago, we decided to completely change our focus to Node Servers and Z-Wave. Thankfully, our sales no longer depend on INSTEON or SmartHome. The reason we are no longer sold on SmartHome is because I requested COD payment terms as it became quite unbearable having to wait to get paid every single time. See above. With utility contracts, node servers, and Z-Wave we are 10000% OK and healthy. My worry is: what's going to happen to all those customers whose hubs or PLMs die? I hope they are working on the 9th attempt so that, at the least, these customers are not left in a limbo. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @lilyoyo1 and @asbril, thank you. @Samedarkclouds, you can do whatever you want with Polisy. You can install node servers that are not in the store. You can develop node servers on Polisy. You can also add your own node servers to the store for others to use. So, it's a little disheartening to see rush to judgement. And, if you want to be part of ISY Developer team, you can sign up here. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @epete Can you please give me the output for: sudo service mongod status With kind regards, Michel
  11. @chris.com, Since we have two official versions (4.8 branch and 5.3 branch), going forward, we'll have 4.8 be updated to 4.x and 5.3 upgraded to 5.x. The reason is that migration from 4.8 to 5.x may require manual intervention. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @asbril, yes. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Sorry @Jimbo and @Javi, is it working or not working? With kind regards, Michel
  14. @RTG, You are awesome!!! With kind regards, Michel

  17. @BigRic, When you do Exclude, do you see a the Exclude dialog on the Admin Console? If so, have you tried Network Wide Inclusion? https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Users:V5:ZWave:User_Guide#Options With kind regards, Michel
  18. @BigRic, you do need exclude and then include. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @BigRic, There's nothing in your dongle (Network Empty = True). They were not imported or restored. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @BigRic, Can you please send a screenshot of: Z-Wave | Advanced | Z-Wave Information With kind regards, Michel
  21. @BONeil, Can you please post a screenshot of Z-Wave | Version? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello all, Just wanted to let you know that @Javi has decided to join our team. He's the creator of Go2ISY Android App (amongst other things) and in charge of our mobile app development. Welcome to the team @Javi! With kind regards, Michel
  23. @whywork, I am so very sorry to hear. The issue is that, older door locks, required custom code for alerts. Each one, a different custom code. During the Z-Wave certification process, we decided to exclude custom code (and some features) to reduce our debugging time for certification. Our upcoming release 5.3, will be officially Z-Wave Plus certified after which we'll put back the custom code. Again, I am so sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @Scyto, I am so very sorry you have been having so much trouble. Please note that we have a dedicated tech support team ready to help. Please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Thank you everyone for trying to help out. I have already refunded @DWagner01. All he had to do was to follow the instructions here under ISY Portal Account Setup. i.e. click on the Approve button in the Admin Console ... With kind regards, Michel
