@GTCJ, There's should be one more error preceding those (with filename). If not, the issue is that you are not using ISY Launcher. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Michel Kohanim replied to GTCJ's topic in ISY994
@GTCJ, Please make sure you are using ISY Launcher: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Installing_the_Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop . If that fails also, need to know on what file it fails. So, please pay attention to all the errors. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @baabm, ISY is trying to renew its DHCP lease ... these are normal. The question is whether or not it succeeds. And, with your snippet, I really don't know. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @kcrimson, Have you restarted the node server? With kind regards, Michel
  6. @Kentinada, No! Already included in all new shipments. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @akorkosz, Can you login to the ISY portal and control devices from there? With kind regards, Michel
  8. @danbutter, You can ignore those errors because they are not relevant to your case and they are basically configuration files that may exist but they are optional. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @glarsen, we do not have any other reports of this issue. Can you please send me the error log for your ISY to support@universal-devices.com and the log for the node server from which you can get the log? With kind regards, Michel
  10. @glarsen, Do you still have these issues? With kind regards, Michel
  11. @markv58, APPROVED!!! This is awesome, THANK YOU. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @Kajtek, I have submitted an issue. With kind regards, Michel

  17. Hello all, NOTE: If you are already on any 5.0.x firmware, please disregard this message. Release 4.8.0 is a very minor maintenance release the most important purpose of which is to Disable the Climate Module in 4.x firmware. As you may already know, Aeries services will be shutoff on 06/30/2020 and, if not disabled in ISY994, will result in unnecessary processing and degradation of performance. Please consider trying 5.0.16 RC1 which is our next gen firmware and packed with features and enhancements including support for a variety of Weather Services through ISY Portal, assigning device states to variables and back, Polyglot which integrates with so very many other things, and Z-Wave multi channel support. Instructions: 1. Please backup your ISY (File | Backup ISY). If you are backing up a 3.1.6 system, please note that the backups are corrupted. If you have a backup from prior releases, you should be OK 2. Please use the ISY Launcher to login to the Admin Console and choose Help | Automatically Upgrade [the name of your system] Or, if yo wish to actually download the firmware and install it manually: -- 2m1. Please download the firmware for your platform - please do not unzip ISY 994i Series including Z-Wave Support - Note: With this firmware, ISY will go into Safe Mode if the PLM fails ISY 994i ZW, Z, or ZS Series (Z-Wave/Zigbee and/or if you do NOT have a PLM - Note: With this firmware, ISY does not go into Safe Mode if the PLM Fails. As such, with this firmware, Z-Wave/ZigBee will continue to work even if the PLM fails or is disconnected -- 2m2. Login to the Admin Console and choose Help | Manually Upgrade [the name of your system] -- 2m3. Choose the file saved in step 2 3. Log back in using the ISY Launcher. ISY Launcher will automatically choose the correct UI 4. Please backup your system again Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  18. @MrBill, I don't think so. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @n8ur9irl, Please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Bob, What setting did you actually turn off? I want to make sure that you didn't open yourself up to hackers. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @thruster999, Thank you. So, it's always the MS IIs ... the bane of our existence. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @baabm, Most of these issues are related to the server not closing the sockets. Things to consider: 1. Do you have any MAC address filtering on parental control on your router?, if so, make sure ISY is excluded 2. Do you have any firewalls on your router? If so, make sure ISY is in the white list 3. Do you have any port forwarding rules on your router to ISY? If so, remove them With kind regards, Michel
  23. @kipner42, I do not think you are doing factory reset properly. Hopefully you do have a good backup. Please press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @thruster999, Thank you for the feedback. What's the difference between these motion sensors? i.e. do you use Adjust Scene (programs) on all of them? How about the scenes they belong to? With kind regards, Michel
  25. @telljcl, You need to use Event Viewer on Level 3 to see the traffic. Most of this issues, however, are because of a program in infinite loop (Running Then). With kind regards, Michel
