  1. @wswartz, It's best to use something that subscribes to ISY and then logs to the database. There are couple of open source libraries that can do this for you: https://www.universal-devices.com/isy-developers (under Legacy) With kind regards, Michel
  2. @zhangyeus Please remove all port forwarding rules to ISY. It seems that you might be getting hacked. Also, it seems that you have insteon communication issues. Please try moving the PLM to a different outlet. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @GQuack, The name of the parameter is api_key (in lower case). With kind regards, Michel
  4. @GQuack, Api_key is not the same as the site key. You can find it in the settings section of your SE portal. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @diggler, The first thing would be to unplug ISY and see whether or not the problems go away. Since this is happening on a regular basis, then you should immediately know whether or not the problem has gone away. If the problem goes away, then next thing would be to: 1. Right Mouse click on My Programs | Find & Replace 2. Look for that device + all scenes wherein that device is a member 3. Disable these programs and see whether or not the problem goes away With kind regards, Michel
  6. @oh2bnMaine, Can you please save the contents and send to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel

  10. Hi Bob, There's a script that changes the file system to use all the 32GBs. Please send an email to support and we'll send it to you. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello all and thanks so very much for all the feedback and sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We do have an updated Kernel and we had to compile all packages against the new kernel. We should have a script to upgrade your kernel shortly. Again, sincere apologies. With kind regards, Michel

  21. @The_Penguin, You need to create a scene in ISY and put your controller/responder in that scene. Otherwise, ISY will not know what's happening and what's linked to what: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:How-To_Guide#Scenes With kind regards, Michel
  22. @MFBra, Yes, translation related + some technical difficulties. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @aresserman@gmail.com, These are simply ISY warning that the socket was not closed by the server. They will eventually clear up BUT they might indicate something more problematic. Please remove all port forwarding rules to ISY and make sure you don't have any parental control/mac address filtering on your router. With kind regards, Michel
