@NewTech, I responded to your ticket. Please disable MobiLinc and disable ELK in the Admin Console (if enabled) and check again. @Jgdavis14, please disable MobiLinc and retry. @BobM, That means that ISY cannot communicate with your ELK Module. Here are some troubleshooting tips: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series_INSTEON:ELK_Security_Module#Troubleshooting With kind regards, Michel

Do you have any of the following: MobiLinc Connect MobiLinc App Home Assistant OpenHAB Agave Go2MyISY Any other mobile app? With kind regards, Michel
-
@Jgdavis14, Do you have Home Assistant or other clients connecting to ISY? This error is 100% related to some external client requesting information about ELK without first checking whether or not you have the ELK module installed/enabled. With kind regards, Michel
-
@lhranch, ISY communicates with X10 devices through the PLM. Nothing has changed in ISY and therefore the issue can either be the PLM or signal/noise. The first thing you need to try is to move the PLM to a different outlet and one which is not shared with other transformers/power supplies. With kind regards, Michel

@Foebik, Yes, but you will have to do it for each device: If Control 'Device x' is not responding or Control 'Device y' is not responding Then Notify For notification, you need custom content such that the offending device is included in your notification: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series:EMail_and_Networking_Substitution_Variables With kind regards, Michel

@tripleA, If you don't have the same issue locally, then it's normal if you have spotty internet connectivity. With kind regards, Michel
-
@oper8, You get 401 if you have removed the nodes from ISY (which seems to be the case). With kind regards, Michel
-
@fasttimes, Yes: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Link_Management_Menu#Common_Options But I do not recommend it. With kind regards, Michel

@robl, The first thing you need to do is to change the 1 second loop to, say, 10 seconds and see whether or not ISY still hangs. I am not familiar with Hue, but if it supports Fade up/down commands, then you can put the bulb in a scene as a responder. With kind regards, Michel

@kcrimson, @bmercier will be looking into it tomorrow. With kind regards, Michel
-
@GTCJ, There's should be one more error preceding those (with filename). If not, the issue is that you are not using ISY Launcher. With kind regards, Michel
-
@GTCJ, Please make sure you are using ISY Launcher: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Installing_the_Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop . If that fails also, need to know on what file it fails. So, please pay attention to all the errors. With kind regards, Michel
-
@baabm, ISY is trying to renew its DHCP lease ... these are normal. The question is whether or not it succeeds. And, with your snippet, I really don't know. With kind regards, Michel
-
@kcrimson, Have you restarted the node server? With kind regards, Michel
-
@Kentinada, No! Already included in all new shipments. With kind regards, Michel
-
@akorkosz, Can you login to the ISY portal and control devices from there? With kind regards, Michel
-
@danbutter, You can ignore those errors because they are not relevant to your case and they are basically configuration files that may exist but they are optional. With kind regards, Michel
-
@glarsen, we do not have any other reports of this issue. Can you please send me the error log for your ISY to support@universal-devices.com and the log for the node server from which you can get the log? With kind regards, Michel
-
@glarsen, Do you still have these issues? With kind regards, Michel
-
@Kajtek, I have submitted an issue. With kind regards, Michel
