@apostolakisl, Yes, of course they can ignore license notifications and, yes, license is per ISY and not per user. If you want to bring them under your account: 1. Go to ISY | Configuration | Portal and revoke the other two accounts 2. Please send an email to support@Universal-devices.com with their email addresses so that we can completely remove them from ISY Portal 3. Once done, simply add them as additional users under your account With kind regards, Michel

@apostolakisl, It's always best to create those under your own account and just give the Admin access. Now, you cannot do anything with them and, furthermore, they are going to get license renewal notices because they are not tied to you. With kind regards, Michel

This said, you will have to come up with the content (including hyperlinks) that point to your ISY through ISY Portal.
