@kartman_canada, Alexa groups are not identical to ISY groups/scenes. So, you are not going to see valid devices in the ISY scenes in the Alexa app. With kind regards, Michel

@canuckcam, 1. Click on the red x next to the username 2. Delete and add the user 3. Delete from one add to the other 4. Revoke in the Admin Console, delete from one account, add to the other, Approve in the Admin Console. Alternatively, ISY can be in multiple sub accounts Unfortunately not for general questions. Error 5010
@ArunGupta2014, ISY makes an outbound connection to the Portal for both proxy as well as subscriptions. The error basically means that ISY cannot get out to the internet. This has nothing to do with your incoming http and https ports UNLESS you have created port forwarding rules for those. If you have, please remove them. Otherwise, it's almost a certainty that your router is blocking ISY traffic to the Internet. With kind regards, Michel

@ArunGupta2014, It means that ISY Portal subscription is blocked and being disconnected. This can explain why your routines do not work (status updates are not getting out to the portal). This usually happens when the router has packet filtering or parental control. In extreme cases, it could be a bad switch or the router firmware. With kind regards, Michel
