  1. @david-4, The reason for sensors is that Alexa routines can get triggered based on them. Have you reviewed all the supported commands? With kind regards, Michel
  2. @bshaver, Are you still having problems? With kind regards, Michel
  3. @rccoleman, No, it's a bug. I just submitted a bug report. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @rccoleman, Query does not read memory locations. What you see on the Admin Console is from what was previously saved and stored in ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @craigf and @inovermyhead, Let me check with @bmercier. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi all, Once we get Polyglot cloud stabilized, all these will be rather easy. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @ArunGupta2014, ISY makes an outbound connection to the Portal for both proxy as well as subscriptions. The error basically means that ISY cannot get out to the internet. This has nothing to do with your incoming http and https ports UNLESS you have created port forwarding rules for those. If you have, please remove them. Otherwise, it's almost a certainty that your router is blocking ISY traffic to the Internet. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @ArunGupta2014, It means that ISY Portal subscription is blocked and being disconnected. This can explain why your routines do not work (status updates are not getting out to the portal). This usually happens when the router has packet filtering or parental control. In extreme cases, it could be a bad switch or the router firmware. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @craigf, Can you please try with a device? I am not sure why adding a scene into a routine would result "turn on, 50%" (which will not work). With kind regards, Michel
  10. @PhanTomiZ, It seems that the RTC in your unit may be going bad. Please keep and eye for recurrences and, if you see more, then it's best to send it in for repair or replace it. Merry Christmas. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Craig, ISY scenes do not accept levels. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @vdenis3399, Most ISPs do have email to SMS gateways. For instance, for Verizon it's your-phone-number@vtext.com …. Unfortunately it seems that Videotron is probably the only company that does not have one. Many complaints have been filed alas no response. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @dantoronto, Have you linked your Google account to ISY Portal yet? With kind regards, Michel
  14. @gustavo, Please check the WSDK. Although there is no REST API for creating scenes, there is SOAP which is precisely what the Admin Console uses. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @frank, We used to have but not any more. I am so sorry. You can purchase from Orchestrated Home: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Z-Wave:_Ordering/Assembly_Instructions With kind regards, Michel
  16. @JacktheRipper, There is a Save button. Please use it to save the contents of ISY Launcher. You can the load it every time you lose the contents. Please note that most of your post are full of complaints and, except for this direct question, there is nothing in them that can be answered to your satisfaction. You are unhappy, I get it. What I don't get is why are you torturing yourself? Since you love the hub, why don't you just get another hub. I will even pay for it. Also, not sure where you got the idea that the forum = tech support. In the signature there are direct links and information for getting tech support. Using tech support will help your frustrations by not having to wait for a response on the forum. With kind regards,
  17. @beninsteon, Although the program name is not listed in the logs but the last column tells you whether or not an action was called by a program. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi PLCGuy, I totally understand. Unfortunately the current ISY does not have enough GPIO pins to allow for more analog input. Our next gen hardware will definitely have more onboard GPIO pins. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @ingeborgdot, The question is: are your INSTEON device linked to the hub or ISY994. Choosing the one that they are already linked to would be the easiest. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi @arw01, What you need to do is to Restore Devices: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:File_Menu#Restore_Devices With kind regards, Michel
  21. @DaveStLou, Not sure I understand. Live Update was removed in the last maintenance release. It's enabled automatically. If you have other problems, please submit a ticket or provide more details. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @visualcoat, Please unlink your account and then relink again. This usually happens when you have multiple Google accounts and the right one is not linked to Google Home. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @dsstrainer, You could try 'what is' but I do not think it works for anything but thermostats: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration_V3#Devices With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Charles, I am so very glad to hear. You can safely ignore those errors: 6 means that the socket is in close-wait state and waiting for the client to send the final close. They will go away by themselves. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi zerop, Unlike computers, ISY's memory manager is designed in blocks that we can track. So, heap is rather meaningless in our case (just means available memory for stack) since we use blocks that are pre-allocated. So, you are doing fine. With kind regards, Michel
